As one of the most important vegetables in our country, solanaceous vegetables have been suffering a lot from diseases, pests, lower production and quality decline in recent years, all of these were caused by continuous cropping and soil deterioration in the greenhouse. Grafting seedling, compared with crop rotations, shows a lot of advantages like combating soil-borne diseases, shorting cycle, increasing production, as well as preventing diseases. And such effect has become increasingly significant.Grafting seedling is an extremely labor demanding job, in order to meet factory-cultivated seedling needs, grafting machines are expected to do the job instead. However, by analyzing the current development of grafting machine at home and abroad, we can tell that the grafting machine has a high requirement for the qualities of the rootstock seedlings and scions seedlings. Besides, the low operate efficiency, small success rate and high costs have therefore caused the fact that most of the factories' grafting process is still done by human. In order to improve production efficiency of artificial grafting, we put forward a method that uses the lightened and simplified grafting device instead of people to finish the cutting for rootstock seedlings, which needed higher technical content and took a lot of time during grafting process. This research is based on the Master Feng Jie's rootstock seedlings cutting machine.(referred to type ?lately). And my research centered on the following subjects:Analysis of Type ?. The type ? rootstock seedlings cutting machine had realized the rootstock cutting jobs in theory. However, the whole structure design still has much room for improvement. By analyzing the process flow chart, the lifting cylinder up and down operations, multi-cylinder for roping seedlings job, which all seemed too fussy and the vibration had reverse impact on success rate. Additionally, type ? lacks designs that can remove useless parts which were cut and had an effect on the next circulation. In response to these problems, this research has made a great progress. Such as adding ah fork-pushed cleaning parts, optimizing the structure design and removing the lift cylinder, improved seedlings-rope working way.Researches and experiments have been done on the key parts of cutting machine for solanaceous vegetables grafting. Type ? cutting angle confirmed by a wide knife and knife slot positioning. The cutter groove angle is in consistent with the rootstock seedlings cutting angle and the whole operation process of the cutter is in the cutter groove. When the stock seedlings enter the position to be cut, the 100% successful cutting of the stock seedlings can be completed. However, the position is realized by the seedlings-rope. The experimental of seedlings-rope mechanism tells that seedlings in diameter 3mm, rootstock seedlings X and Y directions when the deviation is less than 4mm rope better. Experimental of cleaning pates shows us that push-broom cylinder speed of 0.9m / s, the blowing cylinder residence time of 3s, middle type of seedling purify the highest success rate.The productivity of cutting machine for solanaceous vegetables' grafting ranks 3900 per hour. Over five times faster than ordinary artificial rootstock cutting, the highest success rate reached 90%. Grafting is expected to make the whole production efficiency more than 5 times.
