Paenibacillus kribbensis strains PS04 was isolated by our team group.According to preliminary results,this research proves PS04 strain metabolites-extracellular polysaccharides can induce Plant Disease Resistance. This study was designed to investigate the extracellular polysaccharide PS04 strain on vegetables and Nicotiana tabacum plants resistant enzymes peroxidase(POD), polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) activity to study the induction of plant resistance, strain the broth and PS04 in the field of application effects were studied.The results of PS04 extracellular polysaccharide on Lactuca sativa L. showed that after spraying the plants POD, PAL activity showed an increasing trend, and is associated with the polysaccharide dose, 1g/L treatment group and control group were significantly different(p <0.05). The first 7d 0.5g/L and 1g/L treatment group PPO activity were 33.5% and 45.4% higher than the control group.The results of PS04 extracellular polysaccharide on Ipomoea aquatica Forsk showed that POD activity in leaves were higher than the control group. 1g/L treatment group POD activity were significantly higher than control group(p<0.05); 0.5g/L and 1g/L treatment group PPO activity was significantly higher than the control(p<0.05), but different treatments no significant difference between; the different treatment groups was higher PAL activity, which 1g/L treatment groups PAL activity in 1d, 3d, 5d, 7d, respectively, higher than 8.5%, 34.9%, 39.6%, 40.8%.The results of PS04 extracellular polysaccharide on Gynura bicolor showed that all treatment groups POD, PPO, PAL activity were higher than the control group. 1g/L treatment group POD activity was significantly higher than the control(p<0.05), and 0.1mmol/L BTH quite induction. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the other 0.05mmol/L BTH treatment groups. Extracellular polysaccharide concentration of 0.1g/L, 0.3g/L, 0.5g/L, 1g/L treatment groups in 7d PPO activity were higher than approximately 39%,40.9%,48.3%,2.2 times;1g/L treated with 0.1mmol/L BTH treatment group were 71.2% and 78.2% higher than in the first 7d PAL activity.The results of PS04 extracellular polysaccharide on Brassica campestris L. test showed that the cabbage leaves in the POD, PAL activity were higher than the control group, paragraph 7d 1g/L treatment group POD activity was higher 89.1%; and 0.05mmol/L BTH effect quite. Article 7d concentration of 0.1g/L, 0.3g/L, 0.5g/L, 1g/L treatment groups PAL activity were higher than 5.5%, 14.5%, 14.9%, 24%, 26.5%, and both there is an upward trend.The results of PS04 extracellular polysaccharide test on Brassica alboglabra L. showed that the treatment group leaves POD,PAL activity were higher than the control group,and with time the rise.In the first test 7d,extracellular polysaccharide concentration of 0.1g/L,0.3g/ L, 0.5g/L, 1g/L and 0.05mmol/LBTH positive treatment group POD activity were higher than approximately 13.2%, 19.6%, 45.5%, 75.9%, 88.4%;. PAL activity were higher than 39.2%, 45 8%, 43.9%, 57.8%, 48.8%, and has an upward trend.With a concentration of 0.5g/L,1g/L,1.5g/L and 0.05mmol/L BTH Nicotiana tabacum L. were unvaccinated virus treated and Nicotiana tabacum L. plants inoculated with virus. The results showed that the leaves of tobacco plants unvaccinated virus, the first 7d each treatment group and POD activity were higher than the control group 20.5%,60.6%,67.5%,12.6%.And its PPO activity were higher than the control group 1.7 times,2.3 times,3 times, 4.8 times. And its PAL activity were higher than the control group about 6.3%,8.8%,8.4%,9.2%.At 7d POD activity of N. tabacum L. leaves inoculated with virus 1g/L,1.5g/L extracellular polysaccharide treatment group were higher than the control group of inoculated with virus 28.6%, 36.6%.PPO activity have little change in 7d.1g/L,1.5g/L extracellular polysaccharide treatment group in 1d,3d,5d,7d PPO activity were higher than the control group of inoculated with virus about 1.7times,2.2times,1.5times,1.4times and 2times,3.1times,3.1times,3.1times.And its PAL activity 1g/L,1.5g/L extracellular polysaccharide treatment group were higher than the control group of inoculated with virus.The results show that the PS04 extracellular polysaccharide can improve L. sativa L.,I. aquatica Forsk., G. bicolor, B. pekinensis, B. alboglabra POD, PPO and PAL activity, Thereby increasing the resistance of the plant enzyme system activity. PS04 extracellular polysaccharide N. tabacum L.plants can be improved three activity, improve the ability of anti- N. tabacum L.virus disease. Extracellular polysaccharide can reduce the incidence of N. tabacum L.virus disease.In late tillering, with three 200-fold dilution of the PS04 broth spray Shida Tian cultivated Oryza sativa L. varieties tested(Huanhang simiao, Huanghang36, Huanghang31) plants, test the results showed that the control effect on O. sativa L. Rhizoctonia solani were 54.26%, 44.44% and 45.24%, grain weight determination; field test production found that administration of PS04 can increase O.sativa L. yield, yield rate was 1.33%( Huanhang simiao);2.26%( Huanghang36); 5%( Huanghang31), the average yield of 2.86%. October 1, 2015 to face trial coincides with the autumn cold, the study found PS04 broth to O.sativa L. "Magnaporthe oryzae" good control, Black O. sativa L. grains of rice in the control group was 64.40% of the total grains, O. sativa L. and black O. sativa L. grains treated group was 14.88% of the total grains, far higher than the average black grain processing group accounted ratio. Toxicity and Early test results match.The research results show that the PS04 extracellular polysaccharide that can improve all test plants induce defensive activity, which induces a considerable effect BTH, is a good anti-inducing agent. Field test results show, PS04 rice broth improve their resistance can be reduced R. solani,M. oryzae damage,thereby improving the yield of rice cultivation, to achieve the effect of increasing production. Early results show that, PS04 extracellular polysaccharide poly-fructose, enriched the contents of this research polysaccharide biological pesticides to broaden the range of applications of poly fructose, but also for the development and utilization PS04 strain provides a theoretical basis.
