Pig pseudo rabies is a serious threat to the healthy development of pig industry in China. since 2011 in our country new outbreaks in pigs.In order to understand the guangdong section scale pig pig pseudo rabies infected, the immune and wild.huizhou, zhongshan, two large-scale pig farms pigs, PRV g E antibody serology have been investigated;At the same time in order to understand the status of clinical application of pseudo rabies vaccine, using different manufacturers in the same conditions are compared, the detection of pseudo rabies antibody combined with the production efficiency, analysis the vaccine immune effect.In boars detected in wild poisonous antibody positive rate was 15%, and the sow wild poisonous antibody positive rate over 35%, and the piglets day age of wild poisonous antibody positive rate is between 37% and 93%, accompanied by characteristic symptoms of illness and death;while in huizhou every day age ofpiglet of wild poisonous antibody positive rate is between 17% and 100%. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the purification scheme in large scale of pig farms by adjusting immune procedure, screening of vaccine strains, intranasal immunization of 1-2 day old piglets, elimination and biosecurity measures.Vaccine screening results showed that: Firstly, whether Barthak-61 attenuated strain vaccine or Bucharest attenuated vaccine, its g E antibody were all positive and continued to 150 days. Secondly, the Immune effect of different vaccines was roughly equivalent. Thirdly: there was no significant difference in the immune effect of different vaccine strains after immunization of different dose.After the outbreak of the PRV, Zhongshan and Huizhou pig farms timely adjusted immune procedure, the new immune procedure increase the intranasal immunity in 1-2 days and 90 days piglets. By the immune procedure, the g E antibody of positive sow born piglets was positive in 70 days piglets to 200 days piglets,while the negative pigborn piglets were also negative after five times tracking test. Also the serum neutralizing antibody titer reached more than 1:64 and the neutralizing antibodies was higher order degree, proved the effectiveness of the immunization program can provided effective protection.We also explore the intranasal immunization vaccine doses of 1-2 old piglets, the test results showed that g E antibody rate of positive sowfarrowing swines reached 10% in 90 old days piglets, when one dose vaccine was used. This results showed that one dose was the most optimal dose.By optimizing immunization program, screening of suitable vaccine and other many kinds of methods, PRV of Huizhou farm was cleared, the g E antibody of Zhongshan farm from 8 to 12 week old piglets was negative, when the biosecurity measures were taken. From the point of view of Zhongshan and Huizhou farms of production targets, the meat ratio decreased while the Survival rate increased year by year, The negative g E antibody of PRV is very helpful to improve production performance of swine farms.
