With the continuous improvement of automotive technology and the continuous development of harvester's manufacturing technology, people have higher requirements about harvesters, such as working performance, operator comfort and safety. It involves a lot of key technologies in improving the performance of harvester, one of which is its four-wheel drive technology. The article focuses on research of wheel drive torque control system about harvester.4YZ-3 corn harvester is the research object of this paper. The author studies on the torque control strategy of harvester about roads ride and field operations. Through front axle drive wheel torque control initiative, harvester's lateral movement will be improved, while the over steer and under steer will be suppressed too, and finally, the lateral stability and steering performance of harvester will be lifted. After field torque control technology, the harvester's off-road performance in the field working and walking will be enhanced. Here the author also proposes a new impetus layout and structure of harvester. This paper mainly completed the following work:(1) Proposing the structure of drive system in the study, which mainly concludes diesel engine, automatic transmission, axle torque distribution between the control unit, wheel torque distribution between the control unit and controllable disc brake.(2) Establishing corresponded harvester's dynamic model, which includes Walkdrive system model, vehicle model and the tire model.(3) Analyzing the impact changes in harvester adhesion of the drive wheels running on the harvester. Mainly used between the rear axle torque changes and wheel torque changes causing the drive wheels adhesion between two aspects, the change of the driving wheel adhesion will make the harvester have different direction of horizontal pendulum movement, affecting the lateral stability of the harvester.(4) Researching on transitions travel drive torque distribution control and field work travel drive torque distribution control for harvester, and designing the drive torque control system.(5) Making a simulation analysis on harvester's drive torque control system.This paper put forward the new all-wheel-drive harvester driver structure and designed control system. All the study provides a certain theoretical basis for the later research of harvester all-wheel-drive system, reduces researching circle and costs, so that it makes harvester adapt to agricultural environment better in our country.
