With the advancement of urbanization, the demanding for water is increasing day by day while the conflicts caused by water shortage still remain as a huge problem, especially the agricultural water problem. Sichuan was the national key paddy planting area, so the demand for agricultural water was higher than other regions. But large number of no planning, wasting water behavior not only exacerbated the problem of shortage of water resources, it will also affect paddy production. The irrigation area was located in the northern edge of Chengdu plain, attached to the Sichuan Dujiangyan irrigation district. This study based on three years of repeating basic data information, leakage and water control test, analyzed the influence factors of hybrid rice evapotranspiration for Luojiang irrigation area and discussed the hybrid rice evapotranspiration and paddy field leakage impact on production, and different ways of water control effected on the structure of the hybrid rice production. In order to provide scientific theory and data support for the Irrigation work such as water demandprediction and water storage plan. The research conclusion was followed:(1) The changing trend of hybrid rice evapotranspiration and temperature and light were the same, and hybrid rice evapotranspiration increased with the increment of temperature and light. The hybrid rice evapotranspiration increased with the decreased of ground evaporation between plants.(2) The leaf area indext of hybrid rice and evapotranspiration was closed in the whole growth period. Evapotranspiration increased with the increasing of the leaf area indext.(3) Research showed that the greater the amount of reference crop evapotranspiration, its output was larger. The test also showed that yield of hybrid rice and paddy field leakage had a significant correlation. When paddy field leakage was 18 to 20 mm, hybrid rice has shown some characteristic of much more of root bleeding and root volume and dry, less black root, more active, etc. When the paddy field leakage was 18 to 20 mm, the growing and yield would greater.(4) Hybrid rice tillering stage and grouting of severe water control adjustment, it would significantly reduce the hybrid rice panicle number. When the ripening period proceeded water control, the moderate water control for the affection for grain was lower than the mild water control and severe water control. In the whole growth period in water control, the production was under the influence of different level, then after severe water control the hybrid rice production was obviously reduced. So the hybrid rice growth period should be paid attention to irrigate water, in order to ensure the output of crops. But it should take appropriate water control measures during the ripening period.
