In 2014,the government work report made a great effort to develop China's agricultural equipment,and to increase agricultural production and efficiency.T here is no denying that in recent years,the Agricultural Mechanization in C hina has been rapid development,and China's corn harvest mechanized harvesting method gradually replaced by the manual harvesting method,mechanical transmission system of domestic corn harvester has been gradually replaced by the hydraulic transmission system,then will become main conventional technology,using the hydraulic transmission system makes corn combine harvester operate simply and understand easily,but also makes the corn combine harvester adapt to the complex operating environment easily.Hydraulic transmission system is more used for non-highway engineering vehicles or some fixed equipment,working condition is bad and the load changes frequently,and the range of the speed requirement is relatively wide.if hydraulic components do not match reasonably,it will produce a great loss of power,so it is very impor tant to design a matching during the design of the hydraulic transmission.Corn combine harvester by a closed type hydraulic transmission system not only improves the grain crops production quality and also production efficiency,at the same time the work intensity and operation difficulty of drivers in some areas have been reduced,and the hydraulic transmission device is small,so the layout is flexible,compact.The transmission system of corn combine harvester on the market is more used mechanical hydra ulic two flooding plan with a pump and a motor or mechanical hydraulic four-wheel drive scheme with a pump and two motors,after the real hydraulic all-wheel-drive scheme will be the development direction,and adopts the electric control instead of manual control.In this paper,the 4YZ-4B corn combine harvester is used as the reference object,and the hydraulic mechanical driving system adopts the front wheel drive system of variable displacement pump and motor.In this paper corn harvester drive system will be improved under the traditional two-wheel drive,adding a set of hydraulic driving system in the rear,the conversion between four wheel drive and two wheel drive is very convenient,when the hydraulic pump test to drive front wheel is not enough to drive or tire slip rate is more than 15%,the hydraulic pump to the rear wheel pump oil through hydraulic circuits,by two converted to four-wheel drive.The transmission ratio and dynamic matching of the four wheel drive system of the 4YZ-4B corn combine harvester,which is the main part of the four wheel drive system.Mainly using the driving kinematics and dynamics of hydraulic four-wheel drive system matching.The establishment of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor model based on AMEsim and the analysis of the simulation model,the simulation results are analyzed by using the correlation test.
