For any animals, Selenium (Se) and Zinc (Zn) is necessary nutrient elements in the process of growing up, zinc and selenium required for the human body is obtained by zinc and selenium of the plants, the content of selenium and zinc in plant determines human nutritional status. in the food chain, it has always been the focus of biologists, scientists and other scholars to improve in the level of selenium and zinc. A pot experiment with rape to study the effects of Zn and Se combined application on yield, soil enzyme activity and soil availability. The results were showed as follows:1?The effects of Zn and Se combined application on yield of continuous rape cropping showed that they were all higher than CK. The yield was significantly increased by application of Zn and Se in the first harvest, but it was not significantly increased by application of Zn and Se in the second harvest.2?The effects of Zn and Se combined application on uptake of Zn and Se shows to promote of each other. Zn and Se combined application could improve rape uptake of Zn and Se during the first planting periods, application of Zn could meet the needs of producing Zn-riched rape during the second successive planting periods, but application of Se could not meet the needs of producing Se-riched rape during the second successive planting periods, and high level also could not meet the needs. Consider the production, comulants and surueyed of Zn and Se, the treatment of S2Z2 was the best combination about Zn-riched and Se-riched rape.3?The effects of Zn and Se combined application on the soil available Selenium is similar in two harvest:the available Selenium in the soil was significantly increased by application of Se; the available Selenium in the soil was also significantly increased by application of Zn. Application of Se could improve the soil available Zinc in the firt harvest, but it could not improve the soil available Zinc in the second harvest. Soil available Zn maintained high level during the two successive planting periods by application of Zn.4?The effects of Zn and Se combined application on soil enzyme activity was obviously in two harvest. In two harvest, the effects of Se on soil urease activity was decreased at initial stage and then the activity increased; but the activity of soil phosphatase and saccharase were increased at initial stage and then the activity declined. In the second harvest, the effects of Zn on soil urease, phosphatase and saccharase activity were increased at initial stage and then the activity declined; In the first harvest, the effects of Zn on soil urease, saccharase activity showed that low concentration restricted, high concentration improved. The effects of soil phosphatase activity was opposite.5?The effects of Zn and Se combined application on chlorophyll of continuous rape cropping showed that chlorophyll content was higher than CK in the first harvest, and it was increased at initial stage and then the activity declined. When low concentration of Se and medium concentration of Zn combined application, the content of chlorophyll reached maximum value,2.081mg/kg, it increased 85.9% than CK. The chlorophyll content was higher than CK in the second harvest(except the high concentration of Se),and all treat less than the first harvest. The effects of Zn and Se application on chlorophyll content is similar:it increased at initial stage and then the activity declined. The order of magnitude is that medium concentration> low concentration> high concentration> CK. in the second harvest, when medium concentration of Zn combined application, the content of chlorophyll reached maximum value,1.823mg/kg, it increased 83.8% than CK. As a whole, low, medium concentration of Zn and Se combined application improved the content of chlorophyll, but high concentration of Zn and Se combined application inhibited the content of chlorophyll.6?Zn and Se combined application improved the oxidation resistance in rape, the effect showed that activity of SOD was enhanced and proline content was declined at low Se concentration; High concentration of Se was produced peroxidation, the effect showed that the content of MDA and proline were increased, the activity of SOD and POD was declined.
