This paper takes use of coal mining subsidence area of reclaimed soil in Changzhi of Shanxi province as the research object, It uses different types of fertilizer to the effects of soil microbial functional diversity as research content,it comprehensive utilizates of Biolog-Eco technique, field test and field investigation, Carry out correlation analysis, providing theoretical basis to improve the soil reclamation in coal mining subsidence. The results of this experiment are as follows:(1) Different fertilization treatments can significantly increase the rate of soil AWCD (average per hole color change), Organic manure+chemical fertilizer+fertilizer treatment had the most obvious effect(2) All treatments can improve the OD value of soil's microorganism of carbon source utilization varying degrees. The treatment of organic fertilizer+chemical fertilizer+Microbial fertilizer can significantly improve the utilization rate of sugars, organic acids and amino acids obviously. While the long-term application of chemical fertilizer treatment in the soil,the rate of use soil carbon sources is not high.(3) The treatment of organic fertilizer+chemical fertilizer+Microbial fertilizer can significantly improve the Species richness?ecological dominance and evenness. Compared with other treatment the pure chemical fertilizer treatment are significant in soil ecological dominance and evenness.(4) All treatments can increase soil enzyme activity varying degrees. After 7 years of continuous land reclamation, The organic fertilizer+chemical fertilizer+microbial fertilizer treatment's activity content is higher than other treatments. Urease content is 14.00%-24.45% higher than that of organic fertilizer. Improving 33.51%-58.74% to the chemical fertilizer treatment. To the sucrose enzyme,more than 5.60%-20.6% to the organic fertilizer,improving 17.12%-61.20% to the chemical fertilizer treatment.(5) All the treatments can improve the biochemical strength of microorganism varying degrees. The organic fertilizer+chemical fertilizer+microbial fertilizer treatment was obvious to improve the effect of ammonification, in the mature stage, the treatments was increased 4.16%-7.61% than fertilizer treatments. To the 1,3,7 years of reclamation soil, in the mature period the organic fertilizer+chemical fertilizer+ microbial fertilizer were higher than the chemical fertilizer treatment, respectively?increased by 13.04%, 14.20%,14.69%.In conclusion, the treatment of organic manure+chemical fertilizer+microbial fertilizer can improve the living environment of soil microorganisms and increase the utilization of carbon sources, enhancing the enzyme's activities, Therefore, organic manure+chemical fertilizer+microbial fertilizer is the best fertilization to income of the soil fertility.
