| In this paper,which based on the national public welfare project "northwestern shansi saline-alkali land vegetation restoration technology as the backing, the project selection testbed of tamarisk saline resistance as the main research object, in the vicinity of shanxi agricultural university’s nursery layout design by the method of random partition group test, single alkali environment for the growth of the tamarisk stress, from the ecological and physiological indexes of tamarisk and metal in plants to soil (Fe, Mg, Cu, Zn, etc.) the change of the content, to discuss the tamarisk in alkali environment physiological reaction mechanism, designed to physiological changes of tamarisk under alkaline environment to provide theoretical basis for alkali soil improvement, and thereafter the salinization to plant a single factors provide the experimental data support. The experimental results show that:1, through the observation of the growth conditions of tamarisk and grading, draw a tamarisk suffer degree increased with the increase of alkali concentration increasing.2, plant height and ground diameter increment of tamarisk, according to the analysis of the low concentration of alkali concentration to promote increased, with the increase of concentration of first rise then gradually decline.3, tamarisk in vivo enzyme activity (POD, SOD, CAT) content, with increasing concentration of alkali environment, tamarisk contained three different parts of the content of three kinds of enzyme activity in different changing trends, SOD and CAT enzyme concentration showed a downward trend after rising first, POD enzyme activity content has shown a different trend, slow down the trend. Plants under different concentration of alkali treatment the comparison of three kinds of enzymes in the body content, SOD content>CAT enzyme content>POD enzyme levels, different parts of the plant, POD enzyme content is for root>leaf>stem, SOD enzyme in comparison to stem>root>leaf, the CAT enzyme content is to stem>root>leaf.4, tamarisk under different alkali concentration on soil pH and the change of the conductivity, the metal elements content in soil, according to the influence of the soil pH with the tendency of increase with the rise of alkali concentration, conductivity slightly trends, differences between different concentrations; On soil measured by four kinds of metal (Fe, Cu, Mg, Zn) elements in comparison to the Mg>Fe>Zn> Cu.5, tamarisk under different alkali concentration, according to four kinds of metal elements content in the body under the influence of different concentration of alkali to harm, the comparison of tamarisk metal content of the whole:Mg>Fe>Cu>Zn, different elements under different concentration of alkali treatment showed different changing trends, Fe, Mg, with recent three elements tend to rise after the fall of the first, no obvious difference was found between Cu element. Metal elements content in different parts to compare:Fe elements:root>leaf>stem, Cu element as the root>leaf>stem, Mg element is:leaf>stem >root, Zn element is as follows:leaf>stem>root. |
