This research was about the soil parent material characteristic for Hekou district party committee of Dongying municipality, five manure levels were carried out based on the achievement of " save fertilizer technology in the salt alkaloid greenhouse" .The treatment(CK) was based on the practical fertilization fact, The effect of different manure levels on the growth and development, physiology, fruit quality of tomatoes was researched. The results were as followed:High manure level caused the increase of plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area, economic and biological yield. The treatment (I, II) of more chicken excrement fertilizer caused the best effect of photosynthesis index, and in different determine is the same. Next is the treatment HI, treatment IV, V (ck) is worst, but the difference is not greatly between different treatment The fruit quality of tomatoes is tending to increase along with the increase in manure quality, the content of nitrate and nitrite of fruit was very low.The effect of different manure level on soil environment was great High manure level caused the obvious decrease of soil pH, the great increase of EC. The soil environmental factors changed more greatly in the soil with high fertilization level than those in soil with low manure level. There was a notable positive relationship between soil nitrate content, EC phosphates activity, and other soil factor.Although high manure level in green house plantation caused the high yield of tomatoes temporarily, it also caused the imbalance of C/N, the decrease of utilization rate of N and fruit quality. It also caused fertilizer waste and environment deterioration. So it disobeyed the principleof sustainable production and high quality of fruit in green house.The result shows : The impact on tomato is remarkable in the treatment of using chicken excrement 75000kg , three original compound fertilizer 750kg , urea 750kg every nm~2.This manure level can save fertilizer 75% and the yield of tomatoes increase 34.9%.
