Acer truncatum tree is the collection of social benefit, ecological benefit and economic benefit in the new economic plants, especially development advantage. In order to meet market demand, and put the various benefits into full play. Constant scientific research should be taken with respect to cutting difficult problems in production.In this experiment on the cutting technology research, based on cutting propagation experience of enough trees, fruit trees and others, we use low cost substrates?different exogenous hormones and concentration ratio to study the impact on rooting of plant in Acer truncatum cutting process. To expect to improve the acer truncatum cuttings rooting rate, and ultimately establish a complete set of Acer truncatum cutting propagation system to provide reference to the production practice. The main results of the study are as follows:(1)Took the single factor hormones on Acer truncatum rooting test, the results showed that after the treatment with 1000mg/L concentration of IAA solution and 1100 mg/L concentration of IBA solution, Acer truncatum rooting rate and rooting quality got significantly improved when compared with the control group.(2) Took orthogonal design to study the influences of hormones types, hormone concentration and dipping time on Acer truncatum rooting, the results showed:1000 mg/L concentration of NAA is the optimal combination with dipping 10s, rooting rate is similar to the best single factor test and rooting rate reached 70%.(3) Took the IBA+ NAA mixed multi-factor test, mixing mainly on IBA, supplemented by NAA certain amount of concentration, the test results showed:Acer truncatum rooting rate has been greatly improved after mixed hormone treatment, cuttings rooting situation is both better than the control group and the single factor experiment.Mixed test hormone treatment with IBA200mg/L+NAA100mg/L dipping 1h in three groups is the best and rooting rate up to 90%.(4) Studied the moisture content and related enzymes change trends in rooting cuttings process of Acer truncatum, the results showed:the cuttings after using hormones both water content and water retention are better than the control group, which can promote rooting development; in the rooting process, there has been a peak period for cuttings, POD?SOD activity, in Acer truncatum cutting process, during the cuttings POD and SOD activity peak, cuttings in vivo biological activity is more active, metabolism, and conducive to the formation of callus and root development. As dip in with two kinds of mixed hormones NAA100mg+ IBA200mg/L, we got the best performance of cutting.(5) MDA content level may reflect the degree of plants suffer adversity injury, in the early cuttings, MDA content of each group cuttings were significantly increased, then began to significantly decreased after a certain time, in plant growth 30-40 days, MDA began to rise and the amount of recovery was relatively stable. The content differences of malondialdehyde in Acer truncatum softwood cuttings in general is none, and the line chart decreased first and then increased and finally gently rising.
