In this paper, we use the methods of time instead of space, field sampling and laboratory, studied in 2006,2010,2012,2014 burned area of the Pinus tabulaeformis natural plantation of Sanjiao forestry centre and Qinyuan forest, we researched vegetation restoration and soil characteristics in different restoration years. The results shows that the species composition, important value and species diversity and soil characteristics after the fire of different intension (light burned and severe burned) and time interval, at the same time we compared the change and update on the growth and regeneration of trees according to the reveal plays the important role of different intension on natural forest of Pinus tabulaeformis community and soil restoration. Results shows that:(1) Under the forest vegetation community species composition and important value of the whole, the trend of the main shrub species had been increased with the increase burning, then gradually decreased and eventually be close to the level of unburned, the trend of the main herb species had been decreased with the increase burning, and then gradually increased, which has influenced on the light burned of the herb layer varies with species, Carex, Artemisia and Compositae become the dominant species in the herb layer; community variation overall characteristics of shrub layer and herb layer exist significant differences, which has influenced on the density, coverage, height and root biomass of different herbaceous plants communities, root biomass the herb increases with the growth period by severe burned. Changes in the community structure of the overall performance, in addition to the evenness index of shrub layer has been reduced, the understory shrub layer and herb level diversity index, richness index and evenness index in the first 4 years appears analogous to the peak and then decreased gradually.(2)Soil pH value and 10cm-20cm layer by light burned of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus is gradually restored, and some had been the level of unburned Among them, the main effect on soil the water content, bulk density, porosity, total carbon, organic matter in 0-10cm layer recovery by light burned the main effect on the soil in different soil layers containing content, bulk density, organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, alkali solution nitrogen, available phosphorus recovery after severe burned 2 years of.In addition to total soil carbon and other places, had been reached significant differences.(3)Growth and regeneration of trees had been changed after burning. update the oak seedlings reached the peak after severe burned 4 years and then gradually decreased slowly; mean height and mean DBH of Pinus tabulaeformis natural had been increased and apparently reached significant difference level.
