Forest fire is the Nemesis of forest ecosystem,which directly destroys the original vegetation structure of forest ecosystem and hinders the replacement and evolution of forest ecosystem.Yuexi county is located in the hinterland of dabie mountains,where mountains pile up and vegetation grows luxuriant,but it is also one of the areas seriously affected by forest fires.After the fire disturbance,the plantain was overgrown and the original vegetation structure was seriously damaged.In order to understand the distribution of burn sites in Yuexi county,a scientific vegetation restoration plan was made.In this paper,based on the remote sensing image of Yuexi county on April 17,2018 and the DEM data of the whole county as the data source,then combined with the second-class survey data of forest resources in Yuexi county and supported by RS and GIS technology,the information of burned area in Yuexi county is extracted,the area distribution of burned area in each town is obtained by statistical analysis,and the topographic factor thematic analysis is carried out,and the topographic factor thematic map is drawn.On this basis,the types of site conditions of burn sites were classified by taking altitude as the first factor and slope direction slope as the second and third factors,and the vegetation restoration modes and afforestation techniques of different site types were formulated respectively to provide scientific basis for vegetation restoration and accurate improvement of forest quality in burned land in yuexi county.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The burned area of yuexi county is 10973.49 hm~2,accounting for 4.6%of the total land area.The burned area of Wuhe town is 2941.89 hm~2,that of Changpu town is 1423.89hm~2,that of Dianqian town is 1339.32 hm~2and that of Yexi town is 805.17 hm~2,accounting for 26.80%,12.98%,12.20%and 7.34%of the total area of the fire respectively.(2)Combined with field investigation and literature analysis,the elevation?slopedirection and slope were determined as first,second,third factors for site type classification of burned area,and the corresponding grading standards were established to divide burned area into 16 site types.(3)Taking DEM of the whole county as the data source and combining with the data extracted from the burned area,the elevation classification slope direction classification slope classification thematic map was generated under the Arc GIS platform,and three topographic factor thematic map superposition analysis was conducted.Then according to the classification conditions of the site types of burned area,16 thematic maps of the site types of burned area were drawn,and the site area of each site type was calculated.The site types of the first three sites are between 200 meters to 500 meters above sea level and sunny aspect and gentle slope,between 200 meters to 500 meters above sea level and shady aspect and gentle slope,between 500 meters to 1000 meters above sea level and sunny aspect and gentle slope.(4)Based on the actual condition of the burned area and the characteristics of the site type,four planting restoration models were established,which icludes Ecological conservation vegetation restoration model in middle mountain,Water conservation vegetation restoration model in low mountain,Eco-economic vegetation reconstruction model in upland,Soil and water conservation vegetation restoration model in downland.(5)Based on the principle of suitable local and native tree species,17 tree species,such as Liquidambar formosana,Quercus acutissima,Cunninghamia lanceolata,Pinus massoniana,Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens,Camellia oleifera,Torreya grandis,etc,were selected for afforestation.And the key techniques of afforestation of each tree species were designed,such as seedling quality,afforestation density,afforestation time,etc.which provided theoretical and technical support for the vegetation restoration planning and production practice of burned land in yuexi county.
