| with Jinza 2 sweet sorghum seeds as materials, the toxic germination test were carried out to study the pollution monitoring system of toxic heavy metals cd pb in the germination of sweet sorghum seed.the results showed that the germination rate was increased with the increase of the heavy metals (cd<0.15mmol/Lcr<0.3mmol/Lpb<0.75mmol/L) at low concentrations.it indicated that the low concentration heavy metal could stimulate the germination of sweet sorghum seed. The heavy metals selectived toxic the germination of sweet sorghum seed.cr toxic the root significantly higher than that of cd, pb. cd toxic the budlet significantly higher than that of cr pb.so it will provide basis theoretical for pollution monitoring on the germination of sweet sorghum seed.Sweet sorghum root length, root weight, bud length, bud weight, are all increased with the increase concentration of heavy metals. At low concentrations (cd<0.15mmol/Lcr<0.3mmol/Lpb<0.75mmol/L) the indicators of sweet sorghum the were significantly reduced.with the increase of concentration of heavy metals At high concentrations (cd>0.45mmol/L cr>0.9mmol/Lpb>2.25mmol/L) the indicators of sweet sorghum the were reduced.with the increase of concentration of heavy metals, but not significantly it indicated the germination of sweet sorghum seed were toxiced by heavy metals with the increase of the concentration of heavy metals. At the high concentration.heavy metals is not the main factor limiting seed germination. But it were a direct factor.Under the stress of a single heavy metal, Different heavy metals were all directly effects on shoot weight.our obtained results will provide theoretical basis for Heavy metal testing and evaluation. In pot experiment, it can be concluded that the damage of heavy metals to plants is selective. The damage of cadmium on plant chlorophyll was significantly higher than that of lead. The inhibition of lead to root was significantly greater than that of cadmium. In different concentrations of heavy metals, the indexes of plants decreased with the increase of heavy metals. And the trend is the same, which shows that the damage of heavy metal to plants is not a single injury, but many aspects of the. Single heavy metal stress is caused by a series of reactions, and ultimately the plant body is hurt. The heavy metals have a significant effect on the injury of plants. The above indexes can provide some theoretical basis for the detection and evaluation of heavy metal pollution. |
