The Planning And Design Of Yuanda Laying Hen Farm In Haian

Haian is an egg Township of China, according to the records of the 2014 Nantong Statistical Yearbook, the total amount of eggs of Haian was 22.57 million tons in 2013, accounted for 49.42% of the proportion of the whole city, which more than 90% were chicken eggs. But through the survey found that the laying hens are mainly bred in small-scale, the laying hen farms'layout and construction is unreasonable, the degree of mechanization is low, the breeding environment is dirty, chicken manure is discharging random and some other bad phenomenon. These adverse factors have a certain restriction to the sustainable and healthy development of the laying hen industry, therefore, whether the design of the chicken farm is scientific and rational is very important to the operation management of the laying hen farm. In view of the current situation and related policies of Haian, in this paper, we plan to design a 60 thousand scale laying hen farm.1. According to local factors, we produced the comprehensive analysis and determined the address of the laying hen farm, than we planned and designed the overall layout of the farm. Planning a total area of 2.5 hectares, the production area is 1.35 hectares, the auxiliary production area is 0.5 hectares, the life management area is 0.15 hectares, and the isolated area is 0.5 hectares;2. According to the relevant norms, designed 4 laying house(11.5*80.5m) and 2 pullet house(12.5*60.5m),and Select the relevant supporting facilities, including nipple type automatic drinking water system, automatic feeding system, fan wet curtain system, and automatic manure scraper, etc.3. In order to prevent the phenomenon of chicken manure is discharged random, this paper designed a simple processing technology of chicken manure. Solid-liquid separation of chicken manure by the dry wet separator, dry chicken manure bagging sales, and liquid manure discharging into methane tank, than mixed local straw fermentation to form methane, so surrounding villagers can use it.4. The feasibility of the chicken farm was evaluated by the static analysis method. The laying hen farm fixed investment of approximately 4,170,000 yuan, the income in a life cycle of layers is about 2,970,000 yuan, static payback period is 2.1 years, investment profit margin is 31.72%. It can be concluded that the operation of the laying hen farm is feasible.Hope that through the planning and design of the laying hen farm of Haian to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the laying hen industry and the construction of animal epidemic prevention project, and plays a role in promoting breeding size and standardized development.
