The Research Of Data Mining In Agricultural Disaster Emergency Management

In recent years, agricultural disaster emergencies occurred frequently in domestic and abroad, bringing severe harm to the community, public and ecological environment. By analyzing current situation, we find that accident prevention is not prompt and effective due to lack of scientific emergency management system and improved department coordination mechanism, and expanded accident and worsened situation caused by hurry-scurry and confusion due to lack of scientific prevention, emergency measures and auxiliary support of emergency decision system.The purpose of this paper is to establish scientific management system and emergency decision support system based on the above problem for emergency management of unexpected incident on agricultural disaster, so as to improve level of agricultural disaster management and decision capability of emergency support. To this end, this paper determines the structural system focusing on study of the key management technology, studies the support method of agriculture disaster emergency decision-making with underlying data of study of agriculture disaster emergency response management and decision-making system. By collecting and studying a large number of literatures in domestic and abroad, field investigation, theoretical design study and instance validation etc, the study of this paper is conducted for the following main conclusion and result.1. Aiming to existing problem, analyzing existing emergency management system, introducing the knowledge discovery framework, applying data mining technology, setting up the basic framework of agricultural disaster emergency management system and building the management system based on the data mining and agriculture disaster knowledge;2. Respectively studying the acquisition technology of space data, the achievement of the foreign data and the technology of the management system, applying association rules to the management system successfully and forming a relative perfect system of agricultural disaster management. Experimental results show that the management system achieves the higher support and can provide valuable basis of theoretical and technical for the agricultural disaster forecast in future.On the basis of summing up full text, the last chapter prospects the development direction of emergency response decision support system of agriculture disaster, analyzes the shortcomings in research and proposes the idea of follow-up study, which has guidance significance for further research.
