In order to solve problems of seedlings transplant under plastic mulching that the slow growth, poor uniformity, poor quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves, long growth period because of dry climate and high temperature in Wenshan, the Effects of germinating transplanting date and amount of water, fertilizer application, fertilization method on seedling quality, seedling raising cost, and seedling stage, the agronomic traits of tobacco plant, plant diseases and insect pests occurrence, economic characters, cost of drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco, were studyed, the main conclusions were as follows:In Yanshan comprehensive effect of the treatment of transplanting on April 16,2-3kg water was the best. The recovering time afer transplanting was the shortest(35d), the cost drought-resistant was 0, compared to other treatment, savings of cost drought-resistant were 105-315 yuan/mu, dead seedling rate (0-1.11%) and insect bitten rate (3.33 4.44%) all were the lowest, field period was the shortest (148 days), agronomic traits were the strongest, the incidence climatic spot disease (10.2 11.8%) and the incidence of tomato patch disease (0-1.1%) were lower.The result of different nitrogen levels trial showed that, the agronomic traits of tobacco was the strongest of 8.5kg/mu nitrogen treatment. With the increase of the levels of nitrogen, the production of flue-cured tobacco increased, but the comprehensive economic traits of 7.0kg/mu nitrogen treatment was the best, production value (2,475.24yuan/mu), average price(27.61 yuan/kg), the proportion of superior(70.86%), the proportion of medium and superior (92.83%) were the highest, there were significantly differences with 8.5kg/mu and 5.5kg/mu nitrogen treatment.The mail chemical compositon of flue-cured tobacco of 8.5kg/mu and 5.5kg/mu nitrogen treatment were more suitable.Different amount of phosphorus test results show that with the increase of application rate of phosphoric fertilizer tobacco leaf production increase after the first reduce the trend of phosphorus amount of growth period and the main botany traits of tobacco plant had no obvious effect. Up to 3 kg processing application rate of phosphoric fertilizer tobacco plant, main agronomic traits, agronomic characters of significant difference, tobacco comprehensive economic characters, best value, average price, the proportion of superior tobacco and tobacco in the highest proportion of superior tobacco. So, through the experiment, a clear indication of phosphorus fertilizer is slightly higher than 3 kg to deal with the content of the main chemical components are relatively moderate, chemical composition more harmonious.Different amount of k application test results show that the amount of k application to not significantly affect the growth period and the main botany traits of tobacco plant, with the increase of amount of k, agronomic characters first reduced, enhanced with k quantity 12 kg handle most agronomic traits of tobacco plant. With the increment of k leaf tobacco production increases, but considering the cost of all aspects of the factors, with 12 kg deal with tobacco comprehensive economic characters, best value, average price, the proportion of superior tobacco and tobacco in the highest proportion of superior tobacco. Main chemical components in tobacco, total sugar, reducing sugar increased with the increment of k, total nitrogen and nicotine content continuously reduce with the increase of the amount of k, nicotine, alkali than sugar, nitrogen alkali than with the increment of k increased continuously.The result of different fertilization method trial showed that,30% of basal fertilize applying ring treatments agronomic traits was the best, the maximum height (153cm) was the highest, effective number of leaves (24) was the most, the length the maximum leaf (83.3cm) and the width maximum leaf (36.7cm) were the best performance. Plant height, maximum leaf length and width were significantly higher than 30% of basal fertilize applying double, there were no significant difference with 30% basal fertilize applying watered.The result of different basal fertilize and top application ratio trial showed that, the economic traits of basal 50%+top 50% fertilize treatment was the best, production (112.67kg/mu), the output value (3066.45 yuan/mu), the proportion of superior (72.24%) were the highest, the average price (27.11 yuan/kg) was higher, there were significant difference with other treatments.In this paper, several key technologies on Wenshan flue-cured tobacco seedlings transplant under plastic mulching were get,7.0kg/mu Nitrogen,for slightly more than 3 kg/mu application rate of phosphoric fertilizer, Potassium content of 12kg/mu 30-50% of basal fertilize applying ring, transplanting time in mid-April was appropriate, according to the local climatic conditions and soil texture,2-3kg water was appropriate when transplanting.
