This text made Gladiolus hybridus Hort’friengship’as experimental material,used single-factor randomized block design,set up5different levels of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,analysed plant morphological,physiological indicators of each pot experiment processing plant,researched on different application levels of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium on growth effect of Gladiolus (cormel diameter0.8+0.05cm).Conclusions were summarized as follows:1.In the stage of Gladiolus plant,Nitrogen application rate had directly impacts on cormel diameter,cormel dry and fresh weight,plant fresh weight,chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar content,cormel soluble sugar and starch content indicators,while on nitrate content,SOD activity and POD activity,relative electric conductivity, it had little impact.Under comprehensive evaluation of the determination multiple indictors in growth process of Gladiolus plant,this text got that,when applying Ca(NO3)2·4H2O0.681mol/L (160mgCa(NO3)2·4H2O/100g water) in the same levels appliacation of phosphorus,potassium,it can effectively delay the senescence process of Gladiolus plant,increase leaf area,improve chlorophyll content,and keep higher sugar content and soluble protein content,so to increase cormel diameter,promote cormel fresh weight increase,improve cormel soluble sugar content and starch content.When applying Ca(NO3)2·4H2O0.511mol/L (120mgCa(NO3)2·4H2O/100g water),Gladiolus plant growth condition was worse than other treatment.Lack of nitrogen(Ca(NO3)2·4H2O0.170mol/L) was not conducive to Gladiolus plant growth.2. In the stage of Gladiolus plant,Phosphorus application rate had directly impacts on cormel diameter,cormel dry and fresh weight,plant fresh weight,chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar content,POD activity,relative electric conductivity,cormel soluble sugar and starch content indicators,while on nitrate content,SOD activity,it had little impact.Under comprehensive evaluation of the determination multiple indictors in growth process of Gladiolus plant,this text got that,when applying NaH2PO4·2H2O0.481mol/L (75mgNaH2PO4-2H2O/100g water) in the same levels appliacation of nitrogen,potassium,it can significantly increase leaf area,effectively delay the senescence process of Gladiolus plant,maintain stabile chlorophyll content,more stabile POD activity,and maintain higher sugar content and soluble protein content,so to increase cormel diameter,promote cormel fresh weight increase and cormel dry weight accumulation,improve cormel soluble sugar content and starch content.Lower Phosphorus(NaH2P04-2H200.160mol/L)or higher Phosphorus(NaH2P04-2H200.801mol/L) was not good for Gladiolus plant growth.3.In the stage of Gladiolus plant,Potassium application rate had directly impacts on cormel diameter,cormel dry and fresh weight,plant fresh weight,chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar content,POD activity,relative electric conductivity,cormel soluble sugar and starch content indicators,while on leaf area,SOD activity,it had little impact. Under comprehensive evaluation of the determination multiple indictors in growth process of Gladiolus plant,this text got that,when applying K2SO40.287mol/L (50mg K2SO4/100g water) in the same application levels of nitrogen,phosphorus,it can significantly increase leaf area,effectively delay the senescence process of Gladiolus plant, maintain stabile chlorophyll content,more stabile POD activity,and maintain higher sugar content and soluble protein content,so to increase cormel diameter,promote cormel fresh weight increase and cormel dry weight accumulation,improve cormel soluble sugar content and starch content. Applying K2SO40.460mol/L (75mg K2SO4/100g water) was obviously no conducive to Gladiolus plant growth.
