The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of five kinds of feed aditives(β-1 3-glucanase,Perilla Seed Extract, bacillus subtilis, Aquatic compound enzyme, L-carnitine) on Tilapia growth performance, body index, serum biochemical indicators, the body nutrient composition and antioxidant index, non-special immune index in Tilapia expanded pellet feed.Test to choose the initial weight of 233 g/tail tilapia 630, were randomly divided into 6 processing group, repeat each treatment group 3, each repeated 35 young fish.6 group feed test fish feeding respectively 1 kind of control group (group notes for GO) and five respectively added beta 1,3-glucan, Perilla seed extracts, bacillus subtilis, compound enzymes, feed of L-carnitine test, were recorded as G1, G2 and G3, G4 and G5 group. Experiments for 42 days, the test fish breeding in guangdong academy of agricultural sciences national agricultural science and technology park of aquaculture experiment base, breeding using box size is 1.5 m* 1.5 m* 1.5 m.The results showed that G1, G2 and G3, G4 and G5 group weight gain rate is significantly higher than GO group (P< 0.05).Between G1 and G5 each group of tilapia terminal body weight, weight gain rate, specific growth rate, feed coefficient difference was not significant (P> 0.05).G0-G5 tilapia feed coefficient, specific growth rate differences between groups was not significant (P> 0.05).Compared with the control group (GO), G1 group of low density lipoprotein, G3 set of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) content decreased significantly (P< 0.05); But the treatment group of superoxide dismutase (sod), cereal third transaminase activity was significant increased, with GO-G3(P<0.05).Contents of malondialdehyde GO is significantly higher than G1-G5 group (P< 0.05), aspertate aminotransferase activity is significantly higher than G1-G3 group (P< 0.05), alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly higher than theG1, G2, G3, G4 group (P< 0.05).G1,G5 group of the crude protein content of the whole fish was significant increased, theGl, G2, G5 group whole fish crude fat content was significantly higher than that of control group (P< 0.05);But the control group whole fish ash content was not significantly different with G2-G5 group (P>0.05).Conclusion:this experiment through research is to improve the fish non-specific immunity, protect the intestinal health and promote the growth of fish, such as effect of 5 kinds of additives on tilapia growth performance, body index, serum biochemical indicators and the effects of nutrients in the body, according to the production performance, such as the body’s antioxidant index calculation, with beta glucan, bacillus subtilis, the optimal effect.
