In this study, we first do the research on different size and material type crush on broilerperformance and digestive tract morphology impact of different growth stages to determine theoptimal crush size and choose different material types, in order to explore the body weight, metabolic rate and slaughter performance of nutrients, the impact of diet on the health of thegastrointestinal tract of broilers and the relevance of broiler feed grinding grain size and material.Type through the crush size (1.5,2.0,2.5mm sieve aperture) pellets and crushed three differentparticle size powder (chick stage were3.0,4.0,5.0mm sieve aperture, the chicken stages were5.0,6.0,7.0mm sieve aperture) combination broiler feeding trials (1-21days;22-42days ofage). Then to optimize the granularity of the resulting material type scale production verificationin order to guide the current broiler production, improve the current feed particle size and materialtype habits, greater economic benefits. The impact of size and type of feed material on broiler performance, slaughter performance, development and nutrient metabolic rate (Fine experimental study): Select4801-day-old malebroiler chicks AA+, dietary treatments were randomly divided into six groups, eight replicates of10chickens for each treatment group. Six treatment groups are set as follows:1-21days and22-42days of feed particle size and material type, respectively,1.5mm+1.5mm feed grain crushingpellets,2.0mm+2.0mm feed grain crushing pellets,2.5mm+2.5mm feed grain crushingpellets,3.0mm+5.0mm powder,4.0mm+6.0mm powder,5.0mm+7.0mm powder. Type acorn-soybean meal diet mixed meal type. The test results showed that:1、The average daily feed intake and daily gain of broilers of fed powdered feed broiler iareless then fed pellets groups.2、Fed pellets can improve the performance of broilers slaughtered.3、The glandular stomach weight, gizzard weight, length and weight of duodenum of thegroup fed pellets group are more than the powder group; and broilers of fed pellets, the ileum andjejunum is more developed.Practical research (field trial application) on appropriate size and material type combinationsin broiler production: select20001-day old Arbor Acres broilers, who were randomly divided intotwo groups, the experimental group were fed crushed1-21days granular material particle breakage1.5mm,22-42days feeding granularity of6.0mm powder, control group were fed with thecompany’s existing production process of crushing and powder material.4batches of feeding trialswere conducted.Field test results showed that:1-21days granular material particle breakage1.5mm,22-42days feeding granularity of6.0mm powder can significantly increase the production of broilerperformance and feed utilization, improve the economic efficiency of broiler farming. In conclusion, this study combined with the national standards, and the findings of the current situation at home and abroad and local production practices, identify appropriate type of feedparticle size and material choice of broiler breeding in the northeastern region which has importanttheoretical significance and reference value in guiding and improving production.
