In Xiangxi ecological conditions set different planting density and nitrogen application, research development characteristics of flue-tobacco, community development and the relationship between the output and quality of tobacco leaves of creating different population structure mode, The experiment result indicated that:(1)The nitrogen application rate has obvious influence on growing development of K326.The length and width of leaf will increase if the nitrogen application rate increased, but high nitrogen application will promote coarsens the tobacco leaf venation, stem percentage of leaf will increase. The total nitrogen and nicotine increase the nitrogen application rate. Suitable nitrogen application rate to the benefit on the character of tobacco. In this research, the output value and yield of tobacco leaves with nitrogen application of 7.0kg/667m2 were the highest. The planting density of for tobacco was able to obtain better growth chemical compositions. (2) The largest effects of plant population on growing development of K326 was the peak period, this may be due to tobacco need vast fertilizer in this time. Duly increase the plant population can reduce the total nitrogen and nicotine of tobacco leaf. But the soluble nitrogen compounds ratio was poor performance when the plant population overdose, the chlorine content decreased obviously. In this research, when the plant population of K326 was 1212plants per 667m2,all of the chemical properties and yield performance was the best. This plant population was the best one of K326plant in Sangzhi.
