LIBS technology-laser induced breakdown spectroscopy is widely used a new technologyin recent years,it has a series of advantages,fast detection,pre-processing is simple and loss of the sample even no damage to the sample,multi-element analysis and so on.Based on these advantages,we selected the closed small watershed of the Xilamurengrassland as the research object,detected the contents of phosphorus and potassiumelements in soil samples by LIBS technique and traditional laboratory method respectively,by comparing the results verified the accuracy of LIBS technical results.Finally,used the experimental results of the LIBS technique analysis spatial distribution characteristics of phosphorus and potassium element in small watershed.Draw the following conclusions:(1)LIBS technology measured phosphorus and potassium content compared with the results of traditional experiments,the experimental data is accurate.Two methods to detect the error rate of phosphorus and potassium is very small,basically within 5%,there are individual more than5%,but the excess is very small.Through the symbol test,There was no significant difference in the content of phosphorus and potassium measured by laboratory data and LIBS technology.According to the variance analysis,P<0.05 was significantly correlated,indicating that the traditional experimental data and LIBS technology content no difference,the results are accurate.(2)The distribution of vegetation in the study area is that the growth status of the vegetation is better in the base area,the herder's enclosed area and the runoff "stranded" zone,and the growth status of the vegetation is poor in the grazing areas such as grazing conditions and tourist areas.(3)The distribution characterizedof phosphorus in small watershed isthat: high content of phosphorus in the area with high vegetation coverage,high biomass and high vegetation height,and high water content in the runoff "stranded" zone.Local phosphorus content is high,and finally in the concentration of livestock in the local phosphorus content is relatively high.(4)The distributioncharacterizedof potassium in the small watershed is similar to the phosphorus element.In the region where the vegetation growth is better,the potassium element is enriched,and in the natural formation of the depression,the water condition is better,content is also relatively high,there are more concentrated in the livestock,longer residence time of the region of potassium content is high,and finally the parental potassium feldspar exposed areas,potassium enrichment.
