The Control Effects Research Of Boscalid And Pyrimethanil To Grey Mould Of Cucumber

Cucumber grey mould is a serious and common disease on cucumber planting process.Recently with the rspid development of agriculture in our country,the demand for cucumber is growing,which resulted in the increase in greenhouse cucumber planting acre.However,the greenhouse is a suitable environment for the outbreaks of grey mould because of the low temperature and high humidity conditions in winter and spring.In addition,some other factors include poor managementand improper use of pesticides make the situation worse.In this study,the growth rate method of Boscalid mixed with different combinations of Pyrimethanil for cucumbe grey mould infestans in vitro tests,to explore their scientific and reasonable proportion.Then,the safety trial of the cucumber and the field efficacy trial of50% Boscalid ·Pyrimethanil WG were carried out,to have verified the safety of the cucumber plant and the effect of the treatment of cucumber grey mould in the field application..The results are as follows:1,The vitro tests showed that: Boscalid original drug,Pyrimethanil original drug and two different drug combinations mixed in different concentrations,the bacteria colony growth rate differences are significant,cucumbe grey mould fungi showed good inhibitory activity,The EC50 values of Boscalid original drug and Pyrimethanil original drug are 6.91μg/mL,2.04μg/mL respectively.In the 5 different mixed combinations Boscalid and Pyrimethanil,Boscalid :Pyrimethanil =22.5:27.5,EC50 value of the minimum for 1.79μg/mL,efficiency factor SR = 1.67,increasing effect significant role.Based on the choice of vitro tests 22.5%Boscalid:27.5% Pyrimethanil mixed portfolio preparation process.2,The test agent of 50% Boscalid ·Pyrimethanil WG tested growth safe,without adverse effects to the cucumber.The test chemicals of 50% Boscalid ·Pyrimethanil WG of cucumbe grey mould have better control effect,The control effect differences of the210g/ha,315g/ha,420g/ha were highly significant level,after the last drug treatment 7d,14 d.Qishan testing ground,after the last drug 7d blade and fruit control effect was up to 63% ~79% and 57% ~79%,after the last drug 14 d blade and fruit control effect was up to 62% ~77% and 56% ~ 77%;Wuquan testing ground,after the last drug 7d blade and fruit controleffect was up to 64% ~ 80% and 62% ~ 80%,after the last drug 14 d blade and fruit control effect was up to 63% ~ 79% and 59% ~ 78%.3,The studies show that: 50% Boscalid ·Pyrimethanil WG suitable dilution is 630g/ha to840g/ha(active ingredient dosage 315g/ha to 420g/ha),foreseen in the pathogenesis of cucumbe grey mould or the early onset of spraying every 7 days ~ 14 days interval spraying once,the times of spraying depends on the development of cucumbe grey mould.Combined other types of control strategies as well as the same type of fungicide should not be reused in the short term,to raise awareness of cucumbe grey mould control.
