Zhou 8425B is a new germplasm with dwarf,big spike and disease resistance,because of its significant social benefits,it has become the most important backbone parent in Huanghuai area.In this study,a population of 102 recombinant inbred lines(F8)was derived from a cross between the elite parents Zhou 8425B and Xiaoyan 81.The population was evaluated over three environments to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL).Whole genome was scanned by 90k microarray which developed by Illumina company.Screening the marks which is different with their parents.Constructing the genetic linkage map through the software CarthaGene which uses the maximum likelihood estimation.Using the BIP function of IciMapping in multiple environments.The genetic linkage map was drawn by MapChart.In order to provide a reference for fine mapping and gene cloning of panicle traits and plant height of Wheat.1.Using 90k chip to detect the population,there were 11037 polymorphic loci which are different from their parents.9290 markers were used to construct genetic map.There were 63 linkage groups covered 21 chromosomes of Wheat.The genetic map’s total length was 3894.64 cM,the marker density was 0.42 cM.2.There are 77 QTLs which control panicle traits and plant height in three environments.They are distributed on 19 chromosomes,including 18 QTLs control spike length traits,12 QTLs control the number of spikelet,14 QTLs control the sterile spikelet number,11 QTLs control the grain number per panicle,16 QTLs control thousand kernel weight,and 6 QTLs control plant height.11 QTLs were detected in two or more environments.12 QTLs are close to the loci reported.39 of them is the main effect QTL which PVE was greater than 10%.3.The QTL with high relative traits often existed in the similar chromosome region,in this study,we found that there were QTL enrichment area in 4A,6A and 7B chromosome.A lot of QTLs which effect the ear length,sterile spikelet number and grain number per spike gathered on the 4A chromosome.Plenty of QTLs which effect Panicle length,spikelet number,sterile spikelet number,grain number and grain weight on the 6A chromosome.A large number of QTLs which effect the panicle length,spikelet number and grain weight on the 7B chromosome,these sites are almost in the same position,it may be a single gene which controls multiple traits.4.QSl.nafu-6A.2、QSl.nafu-7A、QSsn.nafu-2A.1、QSsn.nafu-2D and QGns.nafu-2B can be detected in multiple environments,and they have a high LOD(>10)and PVE(>20%).These QTLs have a large genetic contribution rate,and control the growth and development of crop.
