The epidemic,especially the viral epidemic,is the main reason for the development of the pig industry.The virus infection is quite serious damage in the large-scale pig farms,such as swine fever,pig reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine circovirus disease,pseudorabies etc.Vaccination is one of the most effective means of preventing and controlling infectious diseases.The monitoring and analysis of immune antibody levels in swine is an important vehicle for determining and precenting the risk of swine infection.In this paper,more than 595 serum samples from pig farms in Northern Shaanxi Province were tested for swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine circovirus disease and porcine pseudorabies(gB)immune antibodies.Meanwhile,pseudorabies virus infection antibody(gE)was also detccted in some swine farms.The results showed that:1.The immunization status of four virus diseases and the infection of pseudorabies virus in some pig farms in Northern Shaanxi Province in 2016.(1)The positive rate of CSF serum antibody was 81.40%,PRRS was 72.11%,PCVD was 81.62% and PR was 67.51% in immunized swine farms.(2)Among the 275 serum samples from Yulin,the positive rate of antibody to CSF,PRRS and PCVD was 90.00%,70.00% and 83.55%,respectively.Moreover,the positive rate of antibody to CSF,PRRS and PCVD was 78.79%,72.93% and 80.54%,which gained 320 serum samples come from yan 'an.(3)The positive rate of CSF serum antibody against piglets,basic sows,and boars were 80.00%,85.53% and 91.17%,PRRS serum antibody against finishing pigs and basic sows were 75.86% and 85,39%.Respectively,the positive rate of PCVD serum antibody against piglets finishing pigs,basic sows and boars were 75.00%?87.78%?80.00%?76.92%.and the serum antibody of pseudorabies virus(gB)camed form pigles was 77.14%.2.The effect of EM on the performance of sows.The results of feeding the effective microbialflora(EM)for postpartum sows and weaned piglets showed that: The average daily intake of sows and the birth weight of piglets was increased 12.07% and 15.90% than control group.EM was also improved the number of born alive by 12.09%,and weaning weight has risen by 9.09%.The number of weaned piglets rose by 20.99%,weaning survival rate by 8.81%.Average feed intake after weaning piglets test group increased by 10.26% and the morbidity by 50.03% than control group,on the contrary,the material weight ratio was reduced by 7.14%.
