| Foot-and-mouth disease(FMDV)is an acute,febrile,severe and highly contact zoonotic infectious disease caused by FMDV.FMD mainly infects domestic and wild cloven hoofed animals such as pigs,cattle,sheep,deer,and so on.The clinical features are blisters,ulcers and rotten spots on the lip,tongue,gingiva,nasoscope,heel,fork,breast and other hairless parts.Owing to the wide spectrum of susceptible animals,many serotypes,serious hazards,rapid transmission,high morbidity and huge economic losses,it has been listed as an animal infectious disease that must be reported by the World Organization for Animal Health(OIE)and as the first class of animal epidemics and imported animal infectious diseases in China.Foot-and-mouth disease has also been listed as the national list of animal epidemic compulsory immunization program immunization diseases and the place of origin in China.Important quarantine objects for quarantine and slaughter quarantineVaccination is the most important means and measures to control foot-and-mouth disease.OIE recommends the use of inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccine worldwide.In order to evaluate the immune effect of Swine Foot and mouth disease vaccine in Yanbian area in 2018,according to the national animal disease surveillance and epidemiological investigation plan,26806 samples of pig blood samples from different scale farms in eight counties and cities of Yanbian prefecture were detected by O liquid phase blocking ELISA detection method.23517 samples of qualified samples of swine O foot and mouth disease immune antibody individuals were obtained.The annual average eligibility rate was 87.73%.Among them,the highest qualified rate was 91.65%in November and the lowest was 79.17%in August.In the 12 months of the year,the individual eligibility rate was over 80%in the other 11 months,except in August when the individual eligibility rate was less than 80%.In the whole year of 2018,933 pig farming groups in eight counties and cities of Yanbian Prefecture were tested.889 of them were qualified,with an average qualified rate of 95.28%.The qualified rate of foot-and-mouth disease immunization altibodies stipulated in the National Compulsory Immunization Plan for Animal Diseases in 2018 was over 70%in the whole year.which ensured the smooth operation of the immunized foot-and-mouth disease-free areas in Jilin ProvinceIn February and late August,Yanji launched the mandatory immunization program for major animal disease prevention and control(swine type O foot-and-mouth disease)in 2018.In the two quarter of the spring and Autumn period,two intensive immunization antibodies against swine O foot and mouth disease were launched in May and November,respectively,after 3 months of intensive immunization.A total of 1353 pigs were tested,and 1188 were qualified,with a pass rate of 87.80%.Among them,737 were tested in scale farm,669 were qualified,the qualified rate was 90.77%;351 were tested by individual farmers,297 were qualified,the qualified rate was 84.62%;265 were tested in slaughterhouse,222 were qualified,the qualified rate was 83.77%.The qualified rate of antibody test of swine type O foot-and-mouth disease in a large scale pig farm in Yanji was from high to low in order of boar(100%),sow(96.21%),conservation pig(90.14%)and weaning piglet(73.02%).The qualified rate of immune antibody of pig type O foot-and-mouth disease scale is higher than that of scattered households.The breeding pig population is higher than that of the conservation group and the herd pig group.It is suggested that the pigs should be supplemented and timely supplemented by the newly added barrier and the immunization period. |
