| Dairy goat mastitis is one of the common and dangerous diseases in the dairy goat breeding industry.It not only causes seriously economic losses to the breeders,but also threatens the consumers’ health for the polluted goat’s milk and its related milk products.However,the factors of dairy goat mastitis are complex,including pathogenic microorganisms,animals themselves,feeding and management and so on.The biodiversity of pathogens has brought great difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment for the disease,especially.In this study,we mainly studied the mastitis of dairy goats in some areas of Shaanxi,so as to provide some theory basis for the diagnosis and treatment of dairy goat mastitis.The results were as follows:1.8 species 54 strains of pathogens were isolated from these samples,including 18 strains Escherichia coli,14 trains Staphylococcus aureus,7 strains Bacillus cereus,6 strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa,4 strains Streptococcus agalactiae,3 strains Coagulase negative staphylococci and 2 strains different species Fungus.Escherichia coli was highestly seprated(33.3%),followed by Staphylococcus aureus(25.9%).2.Several major pathogens were isolated,including Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus agalactiae.All of these species pathogens are sensitive to chloramphenicol,tetracycline,norfloxacin and amikacin And resistant to Penicillin,vancomycin,ciprofloxacin,ampicillin,cefazolin and gentamicin.3.A multiplex PCR assay was established to detect the main pathogens of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,which used bacteria liquid as templates directly. |
