Nubian goats are native to Nubia in the Northeast Africa with great value in meat, milk, and peltand ornamental. It is one of the four famous dairy goats in the world with sturdy body, well adapted, good heat resistance, crude feed tolerance and high reproduction rate. It had been introduced in1930sand reintroduced many times after that, and was a good project to increase the income of the peasant. Asthe distinctive appearance feature of the Nubian goats, they were fed in the zoo for ornamental purpose. The incidence of mastitis in Nubian goat is very high in daily management which made great lose inmilk production, quality of milk and income, what’s more the mastitis damage the lactation function andthe dietetic hygiene and healthy of human. At last the goat must be eliminated for the mastitis. Themastitis also affects the reproduction function with growing death rate of lamb. The goat with a lot ofpathogenic bacteria makes it dangerous for the tourist who contact with them, especially for the children.Mastitis as a multi-facto disease, except for the triangular interaction effects among susceptiblepopulation, pathogenic microorganism, environmental hygiene, and the complexity of mastitis is thediversity of pathogenic bacterium. The subclinical mastitis without clinical symptoms is often neglectedby people, but its extent of injury is more serious. Generally there is pathological changes in mammarytissue, and the content of body cell in milk rises rapidly. Nowadays, due to extensive use of antibiotics, the bacteria resistance is becoming stronger day by day and the emergence of resistant strains, whichmake the prophylaxis and treatment of mastitis more difficult. Therefore, early diagnosis of mastitis, pathogen identification and treatment is particularly important.CMT and DMSCC were used in this study to diagnose the mastitis of all lactation40Nubian goatsand80milk samples from Anshan zoo, Panjin zoo and Liaoyang Qingnianhu Park. Meanwhile bacteriawas isolated and identified from the milk samples, and then the medicine sensitive was tested. Theresearch provided scientific basis for diagnosis and prevention of mastitis in Nubian goat. The results showed that:the incidence rate of clinical mastitis in three regions was22.5%of thetotal; the incidences of subclinical mastitis in three regions were40.0%,44.4%and42.9%respectively,without significant differences. The coincidence rate of two methods results was90.0%,90.0%,94.4%respectively; and total coincidence rate was91.3%. Moreover, the CMT is more convenient, faster andthe DMSCC is more precise.81bacterial strains were isolated from80milk samples, including34staphylococcus aureus,4staphylococcus epidermidis,19streptococcus dysgalactiae,11streptococcusagalactiae,5streptococcus uberis,8escherichia coli, which shown that staphylococcus aureus andstreptococcus were the main pathogenic bacterium of the mastitis in three regions. These pathogenicbacteria are drug resistance to penicillin, streptomycin, Compound sulfonamide, and sensitive tocefoperazone, lincomycin, erythrocin, ciprofloxacin. Then staphylococcus aureus is sensitive torifampicin, gentamicin, norfloxacin, streptococcus is drug resistance to rifampicin, gentamicin, norfloxacin.
