| China’s thirteenth five year plan once again focuses on agriculture,agricultural modernization needs to be further comprehensively promoted,rice planting mechanization and automation requirements have gradually improved.Shandong rice planting area is limited,the rice in the river,lake and land area planting more than other areas.There are some main rice areas in Shandong,such as Jinxing’s rice growing area,the reservoir irrigation area of Linyi and the area of Yellow River basin,among these the planting of spring rice is less.The new demand for light ventilation is put forward in the aspect of Agronomy in narrow row rice planting,so the design of a new type of narrow row variable spacing transplanting mechanism of rice transplanter.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the principle of the transplanting mechanism of rice transplanter at home and abroad,summarizes the domestic research results,and analyzes the shortcomings;According to the topography of Shandong,put forward a new mode of operation in narrow row spacing design;determine the overall design of the eccentric gear.(2)By using the principle of planetary gear,at the end of transplanting mechanism designs a transmission device to realize the non-uniform motion of rotation box,add plus with the effect of planet carrier.realize and optimize the variable spacing planting trajectory.(3)The modeling,assembly and interference inspection of the internal parts of the gearbox,rotating box and planting mechanism were completed by SolidWorks software.Using SolidWorks Motion plug-in to verify the relative movement and the absolute movement of transplanting mechanism,also analyzes the change planting distance operation mechanism in the rationality of linear velocity and acceleration of seedling needle.(4)With the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,this paper analysis the vertical analysis and the dynamic analysis of the important parts to assure the strength requirement of these parts,and to avoid resonance of parts. |
