In China,rice planting area is very broad.There are some differences in climate and soil quality of different regions which have a major impact on the agricultural requirements,Therefore,the same rice varieties grown in different regions of the requirements will be in different ways.In addition to the difference in period of transplanting,planting spacing is one of the most significant factors.Different planting spacing both have a certain impact on rice growth,yield and quality,so wide-narrow row planting technique is promoted in more and more areas.At present,the fixed spacing transplanter is commonly used with row spacing of 300 mm or 238 mm.In consideration of the increasingly high degree of integration of agricultural machinery and agronomic requirements,wide-narrow row planting technique is getting widely popularized.In recent years,wide-narrow row transplanter is constantly gaining in popularity,but its working row is unadjusted.In order to get a deeper and more harmonious combination between farm machinery and agronomic requirements,the study of an adjustable spacing rice transplanter is necessary,which can not only effectively apply to the rice-growing agricultural requirements in different regions,and also greatly enhance the efforts to promote agricultural mechanization and increase the scope of local conditions.The object of this study is the main working parts of spacing-adjustable wide-narrow high-speed rice transplanter.The technology of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization originated in foreign countries,it mainly applied to optimize aerospace,shipbuilding and other disciplines in the design of complex engineering systems.Multidisciplinary Design optimization technology started relatively late in China.At present,the theory and application are both at a preliminary stage,and it is mostly used in the field of aerospace and automotive.In mechatronic system design optimization process,the traditional method can only consider performance optimization requirements of construction materials,dimensions and other design variables in mechanical design discipline,and then consider the optimization of the control subjects.The result is generally locally optimal rather than the globally optimal solution.The thesis aims to approach optimal performance of electric adjustment mechanism,and on the basis of the theory of multidisciplinary design optimization,in consideration of multidisciplinary optimization methods and algorithms,and the establishment of optimization platform,study on optimal design of electric adjustment mechanism is carried out based on multidisciplinary optimization methods.The following research has been carried out:1.This paper analyzes the common multidisciplinary design optimization methods and optimization algorithms,optimizing strategy and algorithm of the electronic control system regulating mechanism,namely collaborative optimization method and hybrid algorithms with MIGA and NLPQL,and the electronic control link mechanism as an example,the selection of strategies and algorithms to optimize the checking.2.Electronic control adjustment mechanism system was subject analysis,combined with the impact index electrically controlled adjustment mechanism operating characteristics and design parameters,the establishment of multidisciplinary design optimization framework for electronic control adjustment mechanism to determine the system-level and academic level optimization objectives,design variables and constraints,electronically controlled adjustment mechanism constructed multidisciplinary design optimization mathematical model.3.This paper presents the mechanical and control systems electronically controlled adjustment mechanism parallel optimization design ideas,combined with optimization strategy electrically controlled adjustment mechanism system,multidisciplinary optimization software Isight as optimization platform,integrated multidisciplinary design optimization software,building electricity multidisciplinary design optimization software control platform adjustment mechanism,and optimize the results are analyzed,optimized design variable values so that the resulting overall electrical performance adjustment mechanisms to achieve optimal control.
