Investigation And Control Of Main Diseases And Insect Pests Of Trees In Tianjin

It was determined that the species and hazard levels of the common landscape tree diseases and insect pests by literature analysis,visiting industry experts and investigating landscape tree species diseases and insect pests of parks,nurseries,large landscapes etc.in Tianjin.System study was conducted on occurrence regularity,prevention and control methods of the level above main serious hazards.Some rationalization proposals were put forward after analysis the problems occurred in diseases and insect pests prevent and control,landscape management in Tianjin.The study is of great significance to prevent and control diseases and insect pests,promote the landscape management level,and give full play to the ecological function of landscape in Tianjin.1 A total of 116 species of diseases and insect pests about Tianjin common landscape tree species were collected.Among them,33 species belong to diseases,while 83 species belong to pests.There are 7 species of diseases above the main serious hazards level,such as Valsa sordida Nit.,Oidium euonymi-japonicae(Are.)Sacc.,Sphaerotheca pannosa(Wallr.)Lev.,Actinonema rosae(Lib.)Fr.),Botryos phaeria ribis(Tobe)Grossenb.Et Dukggar,Fusarium sp.etc.And there are 20 species of insect pests above the main serious hazards level,such as Hyphantria cunea(Drury),Semiothisa cinerearia Bremer et Grey,Cnidocampa flavescens Walker,Latoia hilarata Staudinger,chaitophorus populeti,chaitophorus populeti,Macrosiphum rosirvorum Zhang,Tetranychusviennensis Zacher,Myzus persicae Suzer,Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana,Anoplophora glabripennis Motschulsky,Acalolepta sublusca(Thomson),Holcocerus insularis Staudinger,Zeuzera leuconolum Butler,Semanotus bifasciatus(Motschulsky),Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire,Cydia trasas(Megrick),Eucryptorrhynchus brandti(Harold),Eucryptorrhynchus chinensi,Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis,paulownia witches ’ broom disease etc.2 Study were mainly about general strategy of prevention and control landscape trees diseases and insect pests,such as diseases,leaf pests,sucking pests,borers and underground pests and so on.Investigation was focus on seven species serious diseases and twenty speciesof insect pests(e.g.the occurrence regularity and hazard behavior).Simple,useful and targeted synthesis methods are proposed,which depend on large scale of literature and practical experience,base on operability and meet the needs of practice manage.3 Five suggestions are put forward on the problems occurred in prevent and control the diseases and insect pests of landscape trees species in Tianjin: Establish joint defense mechanism of diseases and insect pests;Train professional maintenance teams;Strictly control the entry of alien diseases and insect pests;Rational allocation tree species in landscape constructions;Take scientific maintenance as the core and carry out integrated prevention and control,etc.
