Integration technology is with the aid of irrigation water system pressure mixture to crop root soil,high utilization rate of water and fertilizer concentration,low pollution to the environment and soil.According to the need of different crop growth characteristics of fat and soil moisture content,irrigation fertilizer solution to carry through the pipe network and drop head,soil nutrient solution evenly to crop root,ensure efficient utilization of every drop.Integration technology is with the aid of irrigation water system pressure mixture to crop root soil,high utilization rate of water and fertilizer concentration,low pollution to the environment and soil.According to the need of different crop growth characteristics of fat and soil moisture content,irrigation fertilizer solution to carry through the pipe network and drop head,soil nutrient solution evenly to crop root,ensure efficient utilization of every drop.The introduction of foreign intelligence precision irrigation system,the equipment is expensive,complex operation mode.And foreign greenhouses is bigger than the size of the domestic many,caused the equipment cost of waste,not suitable for national conditions of our country.Domestic intelligent irrigation equipment is compared commonly simple,venture tube specification is not complete,suitable performance is poor,the system of acquisition precision is not high,fertilizer,uncontrolled fertilizer rate cannot achieve hybrid control of nutrient.Most of irrigation is the use of liquid fertilizer and water,through the water to the plants around the roots of,caused by uneven fertilizer,fertilizer solution concentration is not accurate.So the cucumber in precise matching key technology and research in accordance with the situation of our country's mobile,small,can be suitable for rural consumption demand of precision irrigation equipment,has an important significance to the modern agricultural development.The main content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,aimed at the disadvantage of solar irrigation system can not work continuously,designed a solar and complementary to the mains power supply intelligent water irrigation system,overcomes the traditional solar influenced byclimate,not continuous work shortcomings.The control system has a solar array,intelligent photovoltaic inverter,such as water level controller,the intelligent water system to ensure the sufficient irrigation water use.Secondly,to save the cost of the irrigation system,this paper puts forward using multistage parallel venture tube at the core of accurate water proportioning device.Through constructing accurate match fertilizer irrigation platform,the different irrigation modes of venture fertilizer absorption law.Thirdly,accurate ratio of sewage sludge is proposed intelligent irrigation system,which uses marina associated parallel fertilizer equipment,PLC controllers,touch screen and CE/PH sensors,implementation according to crop demand for fertilizer,it can realize accurate ratio of sewage sludge and intelligent irrigation.Through the development state of interface,the user on a touch screen click on the corresponding button,sets the amount of fat absorption device needs and irrigation time.
