Due to long flowering period rose high ornamental value, low cost, and can meet the needs of different types of green construction, landscaping is increasingly being loved. Therefore, screening can improve the anti-flood Rose of plant growth regulator of the type of agent concentration necessary and appropriate, but also provide a theoretical basis for the actual production applications.In this study, rose strain R'Xiangyun'and R'Caiyun'as test materials, the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol (PP333), salicylic acid (SA) and 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) on flower Rose seedling waterlogging stress of relief, as well as the recovery growth effect on rose seedlings after the stress was relieved; at the same time, studied the endogenous hormones of 6-BA on waterlogging stress under the rose seedlings. The results show that:1. In the concentration range of the test study, three plant growth regulators can improve flower Rose seedlings to some extent on the waterlogged stress resistance, in which the effect of 6-BA of the best, PP333 is better, water less effective salicylic acid, and to the effect of 1.5mg/L6-BA the best treatment,750mg/L paclobutrazol better.2. Three Plant Growth Regulator After Stress Relief flower Rose seedling growth recovery process also plays an important role, in which the effect of 6-BA treatment is better, less effective treatment of the MET and salicylic acid, and 0.5 and the effect of 1.5mg/L6-BA the best treatment.3. Integrated the effect of three kinds of plant growth regulators on the rose seedling waterlogging stress and the recovery growth after stress relieved:750mg/1 Paclobutrazol and 0.5mg/16-BA in the comprehensive improvement of R'Caiyun'seedlings to waterlogging stress resistance effect best; 1.5mg/16-BA in the comprehensive improvement R'Xiangyun'seedlings to waterlogging stress resistance effect best.4. According to long-term observation of three plant growth regulator after use found that PP333 could promote increased flower Rose seedling shoot number,6-BA could promote flower Rose flower seedlings formed.5.6-BA improve submergence resistance of the rose seedlings under waterlogging stress, mainly by improving the content of endogenous growth promoting hormone of the rose seedlings in waterlogging stress,such as indoleacetic acid (IAA) and zeatin (ZT) and so on, in turn, improve the content of chlorophyll, soluble protein and so on, to enhance the photosynthesis and respiration metabolism, promote rose seedlings nutrient accumulation and its growth, so as to improve its resistance to waterlogging stress.
