By the assay of the activity of purified alkaloids antitumor of Dendrobium nobile, The results of the analysis of Dendribium nobile stems and the detection of the content of alkaloid in leaves per month are as following:Through the experimental of Stems of Dendrobium nobile (upper and lower) and the determination of the alkaloid content of the leaves each month.you can see that the content of alkaloids changes with the change of the month. In general, the alkaloid content of the stem and leaves accumulated rapidly between August and November. And get the top point between September to October. Alkaloids in the upper part of dendrobium stem, and leaves of the lower portion reach 1.25,0.77,2.12mg/g respectively, which is the fulfill the period for Dendrobium nobile in November. After December showed a general downward trend. However, between March and April, there is a small increase. In the upper part, the lower part, the average contents were 0.77,0.51mg/g which means. Dendrobium nobile alkaloids content of the upper part of the stem is more than the lower half part.With an enzyme solution on Dendrobium nobile after the treatment of heat reflux extraction, based on data from a single factor, investigated on the enzyme content, temperature, time and enzyme solution PH environment and other parameters during the enzyme processes. It means the optimized extraction conditions can increase the success rate of extraction of stem of total alkaloids.In recent years, the medical value of alkaloids antitumor activity get an increasingly attention. A large number of pharmacological experimental results showed that in the natural plants, especially for some plants with medicinal value in some of the substances by inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells in order to achieve the effect of a certain medicine, such as the camptothecin and matrine etc. In this experiment, the A549, Hepg2, Mnk45 cells in vitro inhibition data analysis obtained showed that alkaloids can effectively hinder the growth of these three cell types by the CCK-8 assay Alkaloids proliferation, leads the death of the cells, and have an effect on the concentration and time of a prominent effect on inhibiting.
