With the development of our economy, the contradiction between the forestry economic development and forest ecological protection is getting more serious. How to achieve multi-functional use of forests and maximize ecological-economic benefits of forest resources has become Chinese forest resources conservation and utilization of the key issues. In this study, Cangxi National Forest Park was taken as an example, Based on the large number of documents. Using the RMP(Resources-Market-Product) analysis theory, In accordance with the standard of ?Classification, Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources? (GB/T 18972-2003) and the improved Fishbein Rosenberg model to classify the ec-tourism resources of Cangxi National Forest Park; Then analyze the questionnaire data, and make a selection and localization. Using the fuzzy analysis and expert estimation method to estimate the ec-tourism product. Analysis problems, Put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The main results are as follows:(1) Cangxi National Forest Park has quality various and distinctive features of tourism resources.Tourism resources are divided into 8 main classes,26 subclasses and 79 basic types. Respectively Accounting national standard of 100%,83.87% and 50.97%, The eight main categories are the landscape, water scenery, weather and climate landscape, biological landscape, ruins, buildings and facilities, tourism commodity, human activities.(2) Cangxi National Forest Park tourism resources score is 88.59 points and is of excellent tourist resources, which occupies an important position in the domestic, Among the eight main tourism resources, the percentage of ruins, water scenery, biological landscape is 18.84%,17.08%,15.49%; Forest Park in cultural activities, tourism commodity development is lacking, those percentage is 16.55%.(3) The tourist market of Cangxi National Forest Park is mainly in the near market of Sichuan and Chongqing, There are stable tourists who are Young and middle-aged, have higher education and income, intending to travel as a purpose mostly to leisure and vacation. Visitors are be satisfied with Landscape quality and landscape features of Cangxi National Forest Park.(4) The evaluation score of ecotourism product of Cangxi National Forest Park is 69.83, the tourism product is only between the general and the high. The primary level indicators of ecological tourism are catering(u1), accommodation(u2), transportation(u3), tour(u4), shopping(u5), entertainment(u6). And its scores were 78.58,72.63,59.51,71.00, 64.12.65.68. The u1, u2, u4, u6 are between the general and the good. The u3 and u6 are between the general and the poor.(5) In terms of Ecological tourism product development, Based on the analysis of R-M-P, Cangxi National Forest Park ecotourism product development and design should highlight the tourism image of "Fourth Red Army +Red-fleshed Kiwifruit" and the "Canyon +Forest", And development eco-tourism product system around these two tourism images, Innovative design eco-tourism product lines.
