In this study, was conducted to nutrient content of the fermentation of distillers grains under different ferment conductions, and filter optimum combination, and investigate an optimum dietary fermentation of distillers grains level for cattle. Experiment 1:Process parameters optimization of solid state fermentation conditions to produce single cell protein feed from distillers grainsThe objective of this experiment was to determination of true protein (TP)?crud fiber (CF)?neutral detergent fiber (NDF)?acid detergent fiber (ADF)?amino acid (AA) and other nutrients for determining optimum combination. A orthogonal test design was used in the paper. Firstly, the bacterial liquid were mixed with Geotrichum candidum?Aspergillus oryzae?Trichoderma viride and Bacillus subtils in accordance at 1:1:1:1 and inoculated into the medium with 10%,than place at 30±2? constant temperature incubator 72h,stirring every 12 hours. According to the nutrient content of fermenting distillers grains select the best combination with material ratio, urea percentage, potassium di-hydrogen phosphate percentage, initial pH and moisture. And then study the nutrient of content of fermenting of distillers grains under the optimum conditions. The results showed as following:(1)the optimum combination was the base material component of distillers grains 80%, wheat bran 10%, corn flour 5% and rapeseed meal 5%, and adding urea 1.5%, and adding potassium di-hydrogen phosphate 0.7%, pH 5, and moisture 50%.(2)the fermented distillers grains'true (TP) improved 57.85%(P<0.001), and crude fiber(CF), acid detergent fiber(ADF), neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and crude fat(EE) were reduced 42.39%(P<0.001),31.95%(P<0.001),27.73%(P<0.001) and 21.48%(P<0.001), calcium and phosphorus were increased 16.57%(P<0.001) and 68.18%(P<0.001),respectively. Total amino acids increased 26.90%, which lysine(Lys),methionine(Met), threonine(Thr),valine(Val), leucine(Leu), isoleucine(Ile) and proline(Pro) increased 38.09%,39.39%,71.43%,28.97%,10.87% and 3.70%. Experiment 2:Effects of Fermented Distillers Grains on product performance and Apparent Nutrient Digestibility in beef cattleA complete randomized was adopted in this study, according to age, body condition, fatness, color, size similar, a total of 30 similarity cross cattle with initial body weight of 350±10kg were randomly divided into 5 group with 6 replicates of 1 cattle in each group, control group(CON), group 1(FDG10),group 2(FDG10), group 3(FDG20), group 4(FDG30), group 5(FDG40),the dietary fermented distillers grains content of 5 treatment were 0%,10%,20%,30% and 40%(DM basis). The trial lasted 45days with 15d adaption period and 30d experimental period. The results showed as following:(1)Breathing rate of FDG 30 group was significantly higher 2.01 time per minutes than control(CON) group(P<0.05), but FDG30 group and FDG40 group were no significantly (P>0.05). (2) The average daily gain of FDG30 group was increased by 33.33%(P<0.05) compared with CON group., and the dry matter intake of FDG30 group was improve 7.98%(P<0.05) compared with CON group, and feed/gain was decreased 19.03%(P<0.05) significantly.(3)The digestibility of organic matter in FDG30 group was highest than other groups, but, the apparent digestibility of dried matter, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were no significantly (P>0.05).(4) Methane emissions of FDG(30) group were significantly higher than CON group, and metabolic heat highest than others (P<0.05). Nrinary nitrogen of FDG30 group was higher than other four treatments.Consequently, the diet that contain 30% fermented distillers grains can enhance product performance and dry matter intake and nutrient digestibility, and reduced feed/gain (P<0.05). So it is concluded that the optimum dietary fermented distillers grains level was 30%(DM basis) for beef cattle.
