In order to make full use of white distillers’ grains, to realize the waste resources, and to reduce environment pollution, this paper first use of microbial fermentation technology, selecting Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus to mix white distillers’ grains by solid-state fermentation, the fermentation process on inoculation amount, fermentation temperature, fermentation time, the proportion of mixed bacteria and other factors, we had a deep study of optimization of the fermentation process white distillers’ grains, fermentation reduce the crude fiber content of white distillers’ grains, increase the content of crude protein and digestion rate. And we also measured the vitro digestibility analysis of white distillers’ grains nutrional value before or after fermentated. Finally, we finished pigs feeding trials and tested the application effect of fermentation white distillers’grains, providing a theoretical basis and the corresponding data to support the development and application of white distillers’ grains.Research is divided into the following three parts: Experiment 1:Choose a higher crude protein content of white distillers’ grains as the research object, selecting the three strains that is Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus as the single factor test first. Screening out the best inoculation amount, fermentation time, fermentation temperature and mixed with bacteria ratio by considering fermentation white distillers’ grains nutritional value, that is, the increasing rate of degradation of crude protein and crude fiber as the target. On this basis, conducting the orthogonal experiment, investigating the impact of inoculation amount fermentation time and fermentation temperature on fermentation white distillers’grains nutritional value. The best conditions for white distillers’ grains on inoculated fermentation after optimizing is 12%, fermentation time is 60h, the mix ratio of Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria is 2:1:1, fermentation temperature is 37℃. Analyzing the nutritional characteristics of them according to routine measurement of nutrients to analyze their conventional feed ingredients. The results showed that crude protein contents of white distillers’ grains was improved 23.6% after fermentation, and crude fiber content was reduced 43.0% after fermentation, mycotoxin contents of white distillers’ grains before or after fermented are all conform to the requirement of national standard, and belongs to conventional feed, which have basic properties as feed materials and good development potential.Experiment 2:Choosing white distillers’ grains before or after fermented as raw material and using the method of pepsin-trypsin in two -step that simulates digestion in vivo to measuring the digestibility of dry matter and the digestibility of protein of white distillers’ grains. The results shows that in vitro digestion device which is at the speed of 20r/min and Thermostatic in 40℃ and adjusts the pH of buffer into 2.0 and add 500 mg pepsin, after 1 hours white distillers’ grains feed completely digests. And adjusting the pH of digestive liquid to 7.0 and add 50 mg trypsin solution, in vitro digestion system at 40℃ it continues to digests and completely digests after 6 h. The digestibility of dry matter is 42.12%, the digestibility of crude protein is 64.29%, the digestibility of crude fiber is 20.86%.Experiment 3:Twenty eight finishing pigs, with a mean body weight of 52.57kg, which are randomly assigned through the single factor design to four treatment groups; which are the control group,Ⅰ group,Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group. Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ group added 6% fermentation white distillers’ grains instead of part of the bran or soybean meal plot of food raw materials. N=7 replicates a fattening. Studying the impact on the growth of feed fermentation white distillers’ grains finishing pigs growth performance for a period of 27 days. The results showed that, added 6% fermentation white distillers’ grains instead of fibre feed, improved pigs growth performance, increase the ecomomoc benefit.
