Depended on the national public welfare industry special funds "research of integration technology for heavy saline-alkali land vegetation restoration in north of Shanxi Province",choose Lycium barbarumL of ten years plantation as main material,in Shanxi province Shuozhou city Yingxian county,combined with the local climate condition,soil salinization serious difficulty,vegetation restoration,low utilization rate of soil background,Using the field experiment, chemical analysis and data analysis method,on soil physico-chemical properties, the content of effective metal elements with soil vertical depth and horizontal distance and the change of the month, and the enzyme activity change Lycium barbarumL itself.The results show that:Ten years Lycium barbarumL plantation can not only improve the saline-alkali land, also adapt to the saline-alkali land by adjusting its enzyme activity.(1)Ten years Lycium barbarumL artificial forests significantly improved heavy salty soil physical and chemical properties.To improve the content of moisture, reduce the soil pH value and conductivity.As the change of vertical depth and horizontal distance, the more close to the plant, the closer it gets to the surface, the lower of soil moisture content.Only vertical depth has extremely significant difference with the value of pH, the deeper the depth, the range of pH is smaller, the improved effect is poorer.Change outdoor electrical conductivity distribution trend of ups and downs, the conductivity values flatten out, and the farther of horizontal distance, the greater the soil electrical conductivity, into positive correlation between electric conductivity and pH value.(2)Ten years Lycium barbarumL artificial forests significantly improved the effective contents of metal elements in the severe saline-alkali land.Effective metal elements are present the highest or lowest in 7?8 month.In addition to the Effective Cu, the others all showed a trend of increase, all have great influence on the composition and distribution.Four kinds of metal elements significantly affected by the month,effective Fe,Mg element content also has significant difference with horizontal distance. Only the content of effective Mg and electric conductivity significantly correlated.(3) With the passage of the month,Ten years Lycium barbarumL plantation of POD and SOD activity were first rise after the fall, and MDA activity and protective enzyme activity reduced rise first.Shows that Lycium barbarumL plant growth environment worse, the higher protective enzyme activity, and the content of MDA is lower.In different months,activity of POD, SOD and MDA in Lycium barbarumL plant there are significant differences, enzyme activity of POD activity in different organs is leaf>stem>root,MDA present stem>leaf>root. There is no significant difference among different months of leaf chlorophyll content.
