There is short of forest reserves in China,the annual national wood imports to meet the needs of economic development.The world's most widely distributed,the most adaptive tree species is poplar.The use of poplar is very wide,not only for timber,but also mainly used for timber processing industry.The poplar planting not only has great economic benefits,but also has great ecological and social benefits.Cryptorrhynchus lapathi is an important trunk borer of poplar and nationwide object of forest plants quarantine.The authors collected and recognized the parts of large epiphyte and plant in Liaoning Province,extract the both effective components,and insecticidal tests were carried out on Cryptorhynchus lapathi.adults.The main results were listed as follows:1.Extractions of 44 species collected macrofungi were used to test poison effect on Cryptorhynchus lapathi,the stability of macrofungi extraction was test,which correction mortality rate achieved 100% in 24 hours.Extractions from two kinds of large epiphyte were selected,which are the species of Amanita pantherina(DC.: Fr.)Schrmm.and Amanita miscaria(L.: Fr.).Insect poison effect of Amanita miscaria(L.: Fr.).extraction was the best.2.Extractions of 52 species collected plantwere used to testpoison effect on Cryptorhynchus lapathi adults,the stability of plant extraction was test,which correction mortality rate achieved 100% in 24 hours.Extractions from three kinds of plant were selected,which are the species of Chloranthus japonicus Sieb.,Bidens pilosa L.and Cicuta virosa L..insect poison effect of Cicuta virosa L.ethanol extract was the best.3.The selected two species of epiphyte and three species of plant were matched according to the quality of 80:1.Six kinds of complex biological extractions were respectively used for Cryptorhynchus lapathi.poisoning experiment.The results show complexes of Amanita miscaria(L.: Fr.).and Cicuta virosa L.on insect toxic effect were obviously enhance.The cotoxicity coefficient reached 121.537,therefore,this compound was selected.4.Complex biological extractions were final selected for safety detection of zebrafish.LC50 of complex biological extractions to zebrafish was minimum in 72 hours.According to?Technical specification for biological detection(Part of water environment)?standard,the toxicity of this compound is low.5.The insecticidal test of final selection composite biological extractions was done in field.and the 800 times of the Omethoate with 50% Sumithion and sterile water were treat as control group.It was found that the extraction of this complex was affected by the weather,and the effect of killing is less than 800 times of the Omethoate with 50% Sumithion.The purpose of this experiment is study on epiphyte and plant extractions,and select the type,which can control the Cryptorhynchus lapathi.Provide a new way to find safe and effective environmental friendly biological pesticides.
