In China,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is the major reason cause the production decreased and it is not only influence on rape yield but also affect rapeseed oil quality.solve the problem of sclerotium bacteria diseases is an important way to increase yield of rapeseed. In nature, both rape and sclerotium bacteria evolved many ways to cope with eath other and rape have evolved a complete mechanism against sclerotium bacteria.An understanding of the principles and take advantage of disease resistance is one of the important means of sclerotium bacteria diseases prevention and control.In the process that plants to adapt to the environment, they can use their own metabolic pathways to reply other environmental stimulation.calcium ions plays an important role in life activity and it can mediates a series of life activities, including growth, mature pollen, etc.In plant,calcium aslo is a key role in plants against pathogens and calcium signaling pathway was used to adjust not only many signals needed to grow, but aslo evolve to the external environment stimulation.calcium ion concentration changes is the most critical element in the conduction of calcium signaling pathway.The change of calcium ion concentration can trigger a series of changes in gene expression.So response to the sclerotium bacteria invasion, plant will regulate the calcium ion concentration in cytoplasm and organelles.Calmodulin (CaM) can be combined with ca2+ in the cytoplasm,which plays a very improtant role in the calcium signaling pathway.Calmodulin changes will occur regularly after sclerotium bacteria inoculated and Calmodulin may combine other transcription factors to regulate calcium signaling pathways or other metabolic pathways.The proteins at the cell membrane or organelles membrane can control the calcium ion concentration also play a very important role in calcium signal pathway.on the cell membrane CNGC channel protein can regulate calcium ions in or out of the cell membrane.stimulation signals can regulate CNGC protein expression, and then control the calcium signaling pathways.In controlling the endoplasmic reticulum calcium ion concentration changes of retinal, sphingosine kinase (SPHK) can adjust signal and controll the calcium ion channel protein expression in the retina.So CNGC and SPHK in rape resisting the invasion of sclerotium bacteria also have the very important roles.Calmodulin can combine many transcription factors regulating downstream gene activity, regulate the synthesis of many metabolites, including jasmonic acid and ethylene.the synthesis of these substances can improve resistance to pathogen in rape.At the same time, some calmodulin transcription factors can regulate other cascade way, also involved in other disease-resistant way.Some transcription factors can combine calmodulin transcription factor can be regulated by sclerotium bacteria inoculated and show the expression increased phenomenon.these transcription factors is important for us to understand the mechanism of plants against pathogens.This study suggests that the change of calcium ion concentration and some calmodulin binding transcription factors will increase after a period of time of sclerotium bacteria inoculated.But as the disease strengthen the expression will reduce which consistent with RNA sequencing results.For later in the transformation of rape experiments provide a theoretical basis and in the understanding of natural plant disease-resistant mechanism provides a new thought.
