Citrus canker (Citrus bacterial canker disease) is a worldwide quarantine disease,caused by the bacterium Xanthomonas citri subsp.citri.(also known as Xanthomonas axonopodis pv Citri.), which seriously affect the appearance of the fruit, causing severe defoliation and fruit drop, affecting tree vigor and yield. Breeding disease-resistant germplasm may be the key to solve the technical problems, our research group through a series of screening resources, ultimately finding the obvious symptoms resistant material citronC05, this experiment is based on getting the resistance material citronC05, By the use of canker resistant varieties of citronC05 and feeling canker pomelo varieties, pomelo and citron F1 hybrids were obtained, This study of pomelo and citron F1 hybrids were identified for discussing citron hybrids canker disease resistance and the genetic patterns of the resistance, breeding new varieties of citrus canker disease materials and providing preliminary theoretical basis The main findings are as follows:(1) shatian pummelo as female parent and citronC05 as male parent were used in cross breeding,From 2010 to 2015, the number of sexual offspring of the Citrus grandis (L.) Osb. Shatianyou (♀) andC medica L (♂) totaling is 1077.(2) From 143 pairs of SRAP primers and SSR primers,we screened out 20 pairs of parents with high specificity primer combinations. By using morphological markers and molecular markers as a combination of methods, There are 263 pomelo x citron C05 real offsprings from 286 shatian pummelox citron C05 hybrids by the identification of morphological, SRAP and SSR(3)From the cross breedings for 860 shatian pummelox citron C05 hybrids in 2012, There are 83 lines which has no symptoms by isolated inoculation for three times,and further study by the way of needling coated inoculation for four times, according to the disease classification index, and finally got resistant lines 21, respectively, T15, T51, T54, T117, T127, T128, T229, T315, T318, T467, T479, T510, W09, W087, W124, W288, E41, E80,Y8,Y10,Y11.
