| On the behavior of insect phototaxis, scientists have always been an important issue of concern, this paper studied the relationship phototaxis Harmonia axyridis,Bemisia tabaci and Ostrinia furnacali.To understand the different wavelength, the light source and the envorimental temperature on the behavior of their phototaxis influence can provide a theoretical basis for the rational design of injury-free natural enemies of security insecticidal lamps. In this study,16 kinds of monochromatic light by setting fixed and two kinds of light control, the test insects placed in three different light from the photosensitive box and set stable temperature and humidity, by batches repeat test to measure the different age and gender test insects under different conditions of light and light from the phototaxis response, and also studied at different temperatures on the phototaxis of insects. The results are as follows:1.Peak wavelength of ultraviolet light is independent of the measurement distance, but monochromatic peak wavelength of visible light will be changed to 739nm when the measurement distance is 2m.There is a close relationship between the light intensity and distance of light source, the greater the distance, the smaller the light intensity, light intensity and determination of the distance index decreased relationship. Different light settings with different starting light intensity (ie Om measured distance measured light intensity), but its decay law is consistent.2.1n 16 kinds of monochromatic light waves, Harmonia axyridis adults most favorite light is 500,605,550 nm, while most adults of Harmonia axyridis deterrent light wave was 473 and 407 nm. Phototropic response from the source 0.65 m values were significantly (P<0.05) higher than 1.15 m from the source and phototropic response value at 2.15 m, and the phototactic trap rate of different ages and sexes were not significant (P> 0.05). High or low temperature environment has a certain inhibition on harmonia tendency.3.In 12 kinds of monochromatic light waves,behavioral responses of Ostrinia furnacalis showed multiple peak, one of the most favorite light is 473,407 and 365nm, the most repellent of light was 605nm. Phototropic response value of 0.65m could be slightly higher than 1.15m and 2.15m.The phototropic response value of different ages was extremely significant (P <0.01), and the phototropic response value of male and female worms in the same wavelength 365nm and 407nm was extremely significant (P<0.01), but 500,539 and 473nm were not significant (P> 0.05). The phototaxis response value of male generally higher than the female.4.Bemisia tabaci almost has no phototaxis to single waves.In the selected 21 fluorescent tubes, B. tabaci is manifested in lower phototaxis to few wavelengths of fluorescent tubes, and the phototaxis of the measured spectral 2#(313.11-371.08nm) and 13# (439.87-543.92nm) have stronger than the other different spectral. The phototaxis rates of different distance between the light source was no significant (p>0.05), the response rate of phototaxis under 1m slightly higher than under 0.5m conditions. |
