Research shows that the isomers of chiral pesticide biological activity may partially or completely the same, the chiral pesticides in the environment are stereoselective behavior has received wide attention, and stereoselective behavior of chiral pesticide in plant should also be paid attention to.Based on chiral pesticides Indoxacarb as the research object, with rice as the model plant, the research discusses the pattern of degradability stereoselectivity about the Indoxacarb enantiomers in rice and paddy soil, so as to provide reliable basis about chiral pesticide risk assessment in the ecological system.Firstly, stereoselective analysis method of Indoxacarb in rice and soil were established by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using chiral stationary phase. The results showed its average recoveries of the enantiomers in the ranged from 80.43% to 80.43% at the fortified levels of 0.05?5 mg·kg-1,and the relative standard deviation is 3.42% ?14.37%.Limits of detection (LOD) of the enantiomers was below 2.9 ug·kg-1, and limits of quantification (LOQ) was below 9.6 ug·kg-1. As a result of the high accuracy, strong sensitivity, inferior matrix effect, good repeatability, precision and linearity, the method fully meet the requirements of pesticide residue detection.Secondly, using the established analysis method to study the Indoxacarb enantiomers of stereoselectivity degradation behavior of rice plants. The results show that the Indoxacarb enantiomers in rice plants exist obvious stereoselectivity degradation behavior, the degradation process basically pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics equation.Under the three spray concentration processing, Indoxacarb E1 prior to Indoxacarb E2 degradation Indoxacarb insect enantiomers in brown rice and rice husk, EF is worth the same change trend, there is no stereoselectivity.Finall, we studied the Indoxacarb enantiomers of stereoselectivity degradation behavior of paddy soil. The result shows that under the three spray concentration processing, indene insects in paddy soil in the enantiomers, Indoxacarb E1 prior to Indoxacarb E2 degradation, Indoxacarb enantiomers of stereoselectivity in paddy soil degradation.
