The Research And Design Of A Pepper Color Sorting System

China is a big country of pepper production, it has been achieved or part of the realization of mechanization and automation from ditching, plastic flim mulching, seeding, harvest and removing unclear, but the color separation part of fresh pepper has been in the stage of research in pepper industrial chain. Pepper color sorting machine refers to machine to replace the artificial solving the problem of green, red pepper separation. In order to realize the automation of pepper color separation, this study proposes " The research and design of a pepper color sorting system ", the main research contents are as follows:(1) This study designed the overall structure of the system, focus on analyzing the structure principle of the pepper conveying device and pepper separating device. Firstly, optimize the working parameters of the important parts of the system; secondly, the detailed study of the work cycle in system; the final analysis of the optimal parameters of transmission speed, the color recognition cycle and sorting system identification cycle synchronous operation.(2) Research and analysis the swing valve structure and principle in sorting mechanism, and design and research servo control system of swing valve, the shortest time is calculated for the sing swing:0.89 seconds.(3)The core of this study is the "color recognition system ", through the detailed study and analysis of the principle, extraction of the green, red and variegated color pepper characteristics, design and construction of TCS230 high resolution hardware system programming color sensor with high frequency STM32 microcontroller combination.(4) Research on software algorithm of pepper recognition system, cayenne pepper; detection and identification of chicken pepper, capsicum pepper, square pepper and line pepper each 99, the system identification results and eye recognition experience are compared, the correct recognition rate of the system is above 93%.
