| Based on the standard sampling method,trunk analytical method and quadrat harvesting method,stratified harvest method,19 year old Taiwania flousiana Plantation in Guangxi Liuwan Forestry Farm was analyzed the growth pattern the growth of biomass,and combustible characteristics of the plantation.Results showed:1 Growth pattern:In Liuwan Forestry Farm(reserved density of 1281 plants/hm2),the average DBH and average tree height of 19 year old Taiwania flousiana Plantation were only 12.1cm and 12.05m,the growth performance was comparatively in general.2 The annual tree high growth rate of Taiwania flousiana Plantation was more fluctuating,the tree height average growth and successive growth intersected at multiple points,Twelfth years later the annual growth amount was less than the average growth rate;the annual DBH average growth rate intersected twice with successive growth,in 7 years and 14 years;the volume average growth intersected with the successive growth in 16 years,.According to height,DBH and volume growth of Taiwania flousiana Plantation,the 16 years basically reached the number of mature in this region.3 The average biomass per individual plant of 19 year old Taiwania flousiana Plantation was 40.62kg,majorly distributed in stem.The total stand biomass was 52.04t/hm2.The stem biomass was 19.13t/hm2,followed by the branches and leaves,7.63t/hm2 and 4.8t/hm2 respectively.4 The 19 years Taiwania flousiana Plantation underground vegetation layer and litter load are respectively 3.25t/hm2 and 2.68t/hm2.0-2m fuel load in the tree layer was only 0.6 t/hm2,0-6m fuel was only 2.47t/hm2,which could be helpful to reduce the risk of forest flour fire spread to crown fire.5 Based on a comprehensive analysis of 19 years Taiwania flousiana plantations in Guangxi State Liuwan Forestry Farm,such as growth pattern,biomass and fuel load,and different combustibles,ignition point and the water holding characteristics of Taiwania flousiana plantation organs(air dry matter),at 400℃ celsius ignition time of trunk,bark,flame resistance in Taiwania flousiana was length than Michelia.In a word,the Taiwania flousiana + Michelia macclurei mixed forest may be a good fire belt. |
