Rapeseed is an important oil crop in Yangtze River area.It is often happened that low-temperature damage and waterlogging in rapeseed growth period.To solve this problem it was designed two experimental treatments in October 2013 in Qinglong Community,Chunhua street,Jiangning District.1)Experiment in Phosphorus and Potassium fertilization:Experiment was designed a fixed amount of fertilizer,same nitrogenous fertilizer and basal and Seeding fertilizer ratio of 4:6.P and K was applied in all basal(CK).All in basal fertilizer was applied,Potash in basal half of the facilities Seeding fertilizer(T1).Potash was applied in all basal,phosphate in basal half of the facilities Seeding fertilizer(T2).P and K was applicated half of each in basal and Seeding fertilizer(T3).All potash was applied in basal and all the fertilizer was applied in Seeding fertilizer(T4).All fertilizer was applied in basal and all the facilities into potash Seeding fertilizer(T5).P and K was applied at all when Seeding fertilizer(T6).Determination the changes of catalase activity,chlorophyll content,MDA content,free proline content,Soluble sugar content and the seedlings growth of rapeseed wintering,yield components and yield.The experiment is to explore the Phosphorus,Potassium fertilizer application on frost resistance of oilseed rape seedling.2)Tillage test:By the fanning methods such as No-till)(NL)?No-till ridge(NQ)?Rotary tillage)(RL)?Rotary tillage in ridge(RQ)?Ploughing)(PL)?Ploughing ridge(PQ),to test the change of soil moisture,soil water potential,the MDA content of rape leaves,catalase activity,yield components and yield.Its purpose is to explore the impact on buds of rape.The following is the conclusions:1.Different Phosphorus and Potassium Fertilization had a significant impact on canola seedling frost resistance.The fertilizer application way that phosphate and potash were applied in the basal period and MiaoFei period significantly improves the frost resistance in seeding stage of the Cole.The catalase activity of T3-treated rape leaf was significantly higher than the control(CK)treatment,and its activity increased 23.7%.The catalase activity of T6 treatment was significantly lower than CK treatment,and its activity decreases 15.9%.Differences between chlorophyll content was not significant,and T3 was the highest.The MDA of T3 treated Rape leaves was significantly lower than other treatments,and is only 90.8%CK treatment,84.9%T6 treatment.The free proline content of T1,T2,T3 treated rape leaves was significantly higher than that of CK and T4,T5,T6 treatment,and T3 treatment was the highest 335.9?g·g-1,proline content increased by 11.1%.The soluble sugar content of T3 treated rape leaf was significantly higher than that of CK,content increased by 14.3%.T1,T2,T3 treated rape seedlings in height,root length,roots&rough and SPAD were significantly higher than CK deal,and T3 was the highest.T4,T5,T6 treatment on height,SPAD significantly lower than CK treatment.T6 at the root length was significantly lower than CK treatment.T3 was the highest at rape yield in each treatment,to 2347.5 kg·hm-2,significantly higher than CK treatment,an increase of 12.1%.T4,T5,T6 treatment production was lower than CK treatment,and T6 treatment was the lowest yield for 2031.0 kg·hm-2.2.Different tillage systems have a significant impact on the buds of rapeseed waterlogging resistance.Ridge tillage farming methods can significantly improve the bud of rapeseed waterlogging resistance.The soil water content of the treated can provide a suitable water to bud needs of Rape and relatively moderate soil water potential to ensure adequate water supply.Ridge tillage farming methods treated Rape leaves MDA was significantly lower than other treatments,catalase activity was significantly higher than other treatments and the yield is the highest.Different tillage systems handle a greater impact on soil moisture,which NQ handle the highest water content,NL followed,PL was the lowest.With the decline in soil water potential of soil water content decreased,which NQ processing highest-6.7Kpa,PL treatment lowest-8.1Kpa.Different treatment has a greater impact on catalase activity of rape leaves,and the highest activity was RL treated,treatment increased by 5.1%compared with NL,treatment increased by 38.4%compared with PL.PQ treated catalase activity is the lowest 51.7U·g-1·FW-1·min-1.The NQ's MDA content is the highest 9.2pmol·g-1,and RL is the lowest 5.1?mol·g-1.Rape yield of each treatment were significantly different,RL was the highest yield,2347.5 kg·hm-2,and NL handle rape yield was the lowest for 2106.0 kg·hm-2.
