Developing Of Real-time Cutting Sugarcane Planter

Sugarcane is a tropical and temperate crop,it is an important raw material for the production of sugar.The bio-ethanol extracted from sugarcane can be used as a substitute for energy.The planting quality of sugarcane determines the yield of sugarcane.The labor intensity of sugarcane planting is the biggest in sugarcane production.Chinese sugarcane planting area is more than about 23,000,000 mu.The production areas are mainly concentrated in Guangxi,Guangdong,Yunnan,Hainan and other provinces.Due to the restriction of various conditions,such as the impact of geographical conditions,cultural level of the farmers,economic level and planting patterns,the degree of mechanization of sugarcane cultivation in China is still low.The main pattern of sugarcane cultivation is artificial planting,such as animal ditching,artificial cutting section and placing seeds.The low production efficiency,high labor intensity and high cost greatly influenced the production enthusiasm of the farmers and the development of sugar cane planting industry.So it is very important to study and develop the sugarcane planter.In this paper,the real-time cutting sugarcane planter was designed to be able to complete ditching,fertilizing,cutting,sowing,filming,soil compacting and so on.The real-time cutting device was designed to misalignment one to ensure that the two species of sugarcane in the ditch were staggered and "ping" shaped.The seed guiding groove was designed to be double arc-shaped and the sugarcane species slid along the respective side of the double arc-shaped groove.In this paper,the furrow opener was simplified to "W" shape to open a W-shaped groove in the ditch.The sugarcane species were sown into the two sides of the ditch and were prevented to be close together by the soil in the middle of the ditch.In this paper,the fertilization device was developed not only to make fertilizer supply the sugarcane species but also to solve the contacting problem between the fertilizer and the cane species.In this paper,the soil compacting device was improved,the water was filled into the wheel to ensure the soil compacting effect instead of the steel.In this paper,the new real-time cutting sugarcane planter's planting row number is 2,the row spacing is 900?1500mm,the trenching depth is 250?300mm,the length of cutting section is 380 mm,the productivity is 3?5 mu per hour.The field experiments on the sugarcane planter were carried out in Guangxi,The results show that the working quality is good and can meet the requirements of the local agronomic and the relevant standards.
