Phytoplankton is the main primary producers in aquatic ecosystems,is the main supplier of dissolved oxygen in water,it starts the aquatic ecosystem food webs,plays to the energy flow,material circulation and transfer of information crucial role in aquatic ecosystems.Zooplankton in aquatic ecosystems as intermediary in nutrient cycling and energy flow also plays an important role,is the quality of the majority of zooplankton organisms bait fish and shrimp,as well as some farm animals indispensable weaning food.In aquaculture water,plankton community structure and breeding animals has important links.In this experiment,different sampling survey carried out continuously in different densities and different breeding patterns of tilapia aquaculture ponds,then the type of plankton,density,biomass,diversity index,and other dominant species were analyzed,analyzed,discussed and analyzed the dynamic changes of different densities and tilapia breeding patterns of plankton and zooplankton community structure.In tilapia monoculture ponds,the results showed that 6 classes including 92 species have been founded,of which 16 species were Chlorophyta,16 species were Bacillariophyta,7 species were Euglenophyta,3 species were Cryptophyta,l species were Pyrrophyta,49 species were Chlorophyta.In the low-density aquaculture ponds,the total density of phytoplankton between 1562.5 ×10~4cells/L to 22660.5 ×10~4 cells/L,the total Biomass of phytoplankton between7.92mg/L to 24.15 mg/L;In the medium-density ponds,the total density of phytoplankton between 1575 ×10~4 cells/L to 20390 ×10~4 cells/L,the total Biomass of phytoplankton between 11.78 mg/L to 25.17 mg/L;In the high-density ponds,the total density of phytoplankton between 1422.5 ×10~4 cells/L to 20351 ×10~4 cells/L,the total Biomass of phytoplankton between 7.25 mg/L to 20.04 mg/L.The dominant species were mainly Chroococcus minutus,Merismopedia tenuissima,Microcystis incerta,Gloeocapsa punctate,Euglena gasterosteus,Lepocinclis ovum,Synedra acusvar,Chlorella,Scenedesmus bicaudatus,Crucigenia quadrata Morr,Crucigenia tetrapedia.In tilapia mixed culture ponds,the results showed that 7 classes including 102 species of plankton have been founded,of which 19 species were Chlorophyta,17 species were Bacillariophyta,7 species were Euglenophyta,3 species were Cryptophyta,1 species were Pyrrophyta,2 species were Xanthophyta,49 species were Chlorophyta.In the low-density aquaculture ponds,the total density of phytoplankton between 1945 ×10~4cells/L to 12432.5 ×10~4cells/L;In the medium-density ponds,the total density of phytoplankton between 1663.5×104cells/L to 11458.5 ×10~4cells/L;In the high-density ponds,the total density of phytoplankton between 1630 ×10~4cells/L to 14020 ×10~4cells/L.Different densities of tilapia pond phytoplankton density was not significantly different(P>0.05).The dominant species were mainly Chroococcus minutus,Merismopedia tenuissima,Microcystis incerta,Gloeocapsa punctate,Oscillatoria limosa,Euglena gasterosteus,Lepocinclis ovum,Synedra acusvar,Chlorella,Scenedesmus bicaudatus,Crucigenia quadrata Morr,Crucigenia tetrapedia,Crucigenia apiculata.In tilapia monoculture ponds,the results showed that 34 species of macrozooplankton have been founded,of which 20 species were Rotifera,10 species were Cladocera,4 species were Copepods.The total density of macrozooplankton between 120 ind/L to 1833 ind/L.The dominant species of macrozooplankton were mainly Brachionus calyciflorus,Brachionus forficula,Asplachna priodonta Gosse,Polyarthra trigla,Cyclops strenuuss,nauplius.In tilapia mixed culture ponds,the results showed that 30 species of macrozooplankton have been founded,of which 17 species were Rotifera,9 species were Cladocera,4 species were Copepods.The total density of macrozooplankton between 135 ind/L to 1718 ind/L.The dominant species of macrozooplankton were mainly Brachionus calyciflorus,Brachionus forficula,Brachionus angularis,Filinia longisela,Notholon labis,nauplius.
