Study On The Relationship Between The Thermo-photoperiod Conditions And The Growth Of Leaves And Fruits Of Cucumbers

With the cucumber cultivar ‘Jinqiang 210’as test material,effects of temperature and light changes on leaves and fruits growth under the thermo-photoperiod condition in sunken solar greenhouse were studied,using the Internet of Things observing system and the thermo-photoperiod environment monitor devices.The results showed:(1)From Sep.10 th.2015 to Jun.30 th.2016,we observed the thermo-photoperiod condition in and outside of the sunken solar greenhouse,and found that the variation tendency of air temperature is consistent.But the variation tendency of the indoor lowest air temperature,daily average air temperature,average temperature in daytime and average temperature in night is even more gently than the air temperature outdoor.In the two culture perirods,in and outside of the greenhouse,the difference value of the lowest air temperature was 18.8℃,and the daily average air temperature was 19℃.(2)The variation tendency between the 5cm and 10 cm ground temperature in the greenhouse is consistent.In culture periods,the lowest ground temperature in 5cm ground was 11.9℃,the highest was 30.5℃;and for the 10 cm ground temperature,the lowest value was 11.6 ℃,the highest was 30 ℃.The indoor air temperature had effects on ground temperature.(3)In this study,the variation tendency of the light radiations in and outdoors is consistent.From Sep.2015 to Jun.2016,with the change of seasons,the difference value presented the change from “high-low-high”.The bigger of the light radiations outside the greenhouse,the bigger of the difference value of light radiations in and outdoors;but when the light radiations outside the greenhouse was smaller,the difference value would be smaller.(4)In the autumn of 2015,in cucumber jilt tendril period(Sep.10 th to 24th),there were extremely significant positive correlation between the daily leaf areas average growth and the air temperature accumulated by hour in daytime,daily average air temperature,average temperature in daytime and average temperature in night,and also had the significant positive correlation with the daily average ground temperature and the light radiations;in the begin of the fruiting stage(Oct.1st to28th),the cucumbers’ leaves and fruits had significant correlation with light radiation,air temperature accumulated by hour in daytime and average temperature in daytime,but little correlation with daily average temperature and average temperature in night;in the knot fruit stage,we can’t find significant correlation between cucumbers’ leaves,fruits and thermos-photoperiod condition,except for the 5cm and 10 cm ground temperature.(5)In the spring of 2016,in cucumber jilt tendril period(Mar.21 st to Apr 5th),there were significant positive correlation between the daily leaf areas average growth and the light radiations,but had little correlation with other conditions;in the begin of the fruiting stage(Apr.17 st to30th),the cucumbers’ leaves and fruits had significant correlation with air temperature accumulated by hour in daytime,average temperature in daytime and the light radiation,but little correlation with daily average air temperature and average temperature in night;in the knot fruit stage(May.10 th to 25th),there were significant positive correlation between the daily leaf areas average growth and air temperature accumulated by hour in daytime,average temperature in daytime and the light radiation,but little correlation with average temperature in night;and there were significant positive correlation between the the daily fruits average growth and the air temperature accumulated by hour in daytime and 10 cm average ground temperature,but little correlation with the daily average temperature,average temperature in daytime and in night.(6)The relationship between cucumbers’ leaves and fruits’ growth and thermo-photoperiod condition(from Sep.10 th.to Dec.31 st.2015 plant in autumn and Mar 12 nd to Jun 30 th 2016 plant in spring)were studied.The result showed that: in the same growing period,different crops of rotation,the correlativity is not always the same.In the cucumber jilt tendril period,the daily leaf areas average growth and the light radiation in two crops of rotation had significant correlation,but with other conditions the correlation is small;In the begin of the fruiting stage,the cucumbers’ leaves,fruits had significant correlation with light radiation,air temperature accumulated by hour in daytime and average temperature in daytime,but little correlation with daily average temperature and average temperature in night;In the knot fruit stage,we can’t find significant correlation between cucumbers’ leaves,fruits and thermo-photoperiod condition.With the complicated environmental condition in the greenhouse,many other conditions except for the thermo-photoperiod condition will have some effects on the cucumbers’ growth.Hence,the environmental conditions in the greenhouse were affected by external environment,when the thermo-photoperiod conditions indoor limited the growing of the cucumbers,the growth of the cucumber representation could produce differences,which showed that it is necessary to regulate the thermo-photoperiod conditions when the environmental conditions are not conductive to the growth of cucumbers.(7)During the growth of cucumber in case of rain and snow day after clearing up,the plants couldn’t immediately return to normal growth,but a certain time lag;After the cucumber’ growth back to normal levels,which could change with the thermo-photoperiod conditions in the suitable scope.
