This research of thesis completed in the HaiGao dairy farm. Totally depend on the527cows that include all material about lactation data and then measure the situation of growth and development some period after the weaning until15months of age(determination of index include body height and body length and bust). Then control the corresponding months of age (There are four stages of months age in the thesis)divided into four groups according to the birth weight, and compare with the influence of different birth weight on later growth and development through this months of age; Same way see respectively influence of different weaning weight and daily weight gain on later growth and development.Difference birth weight have no significant difference(p>0.05) to the growth and development of reserve cattle through respectively3~5.9、6~8.9、9~11.9、12~14.9months of age. There have significant influence different weaning weight on the later growth and development on reserve cattle when3-5.9months of age, there have very significant difference(P<0.01) between the reserve cattle of different weaning weight. Different weaning weight have significant difference (P<0.05) to the body height and body length of reserve cattle, then no significant difference (p>0.05) to the bust of reserve cattle for6-8.9months of age. As well as when reserve cattle6-8.9months of age, difference weaning weight have significant difference (P<0.05) to the body height and body length of reserve cattle, then no significant difference (p>0.05) to the bust of reserve cattle for9~11.9months of age. Difference weaning weight have no significant difference (p>0.05) to the growth and development of reserve cattle for12~14.9months of age. Different daily gain have significant difference to the growth and development of reserve cattle on3~5.9months of age, respectively very significant difference(P<0.01) to the body height、body length and bust.Different daily gain have very significant difference(P<0.01) to the body length and no significant difference (p>0.05) to the body height and bust of the reserve cattle for6-8.9months of age. Different daily gain have no significant difference (p>0.05) to the growth and development of reserve cattle on9~11.9months of age.
